I went for my annual eye exam-my Dr recommend this product. Weeks before I though I caught a rash around my eyes from traveling. Turns out it was Blepharitis. A mild case-but the buggers gave me small pimples. This has worked from the initial use. Also helped with mild rosacea on my nose. Only after a couple of days my skin looks better than it has in years! Will update in a month or so...

I was recently informed by an ophthalmologist that I have MGD. (The little oil glands in my eyes are pumping out inferior product.) One initial stye, way more many hot compresses than I should have done, I don't even know how many styes after that, three antibiotics, and the entire five stages of grief later... He finally suggested Avenova or this OTC product. I chose this one and I am SO GLAD that I did! By the time I got my hands on this product, I only had one smaller stye on one eye and a swollen upper lid on my other eye which was the beginning of a chalazion. Within one day, the smaller stye burst and the upper lid had become more localized swelling where the infection was instead of the whole lid. I've been using this sort of like you would bactine on a cut. Other than the already stated cleansing directions, I held a CLEAN q-tip to the nozzle spray and dabbed where the stye burst as well as the meibomian gland area where the chalazion is. This prevented my usual pattern of oozing when they broke and it healed up fast. It's been two days and the chalazion continues to shrink. Since I am also hesitant to do expressions after hot compresses, I've found that the q-tip method over my meibomian glands gets rid of the sort of visible meibomian glands... If that makes any sense. This cleanser (along with not overdoing it on the hot compresses) is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone with similar problems.

Seems to work as well as the overpriced hypochlorous acid. Per my optometrist's instructions, I pour a small amount into the cap, dip a clean Q-tip into it, and wipe one of the 4 eyelids with it. I then dip the other unused end into the cap and repeat on the next eyelid. Then I use another clean Q-tip on the other eye with the same process and then return any unused, clean hypochlorous acid back to the bottle. This saves chemical and seems to be effective at cleaning the lids.

: I’ve suffered with Demodex infestation for two years, took Ivermectin & metronidazole (they helped) but this was a god send! I bought it out of frustration that nothing was working and Amazon buyers Recommeded it. I’d never heard of it, I didn’t hold my breath. But OMG, after just two days my skin is finally returning to normal! My eyebrows had disappeared, buried under all the Demodex biofilm & they are returning. I haven’t been this hopeful in two years. Tea Tree oil was worthless for me. was for me, but this simple solution - wow. I just bought a larger container. So worth it!

So grateful to have found this. I was using another brand (prescription). This year my insurance decided they would not pay for it any longer. I did some research and found this similar product and it does just as well. It is less expensive than the prescription brand by about sixty dollars.

So glad I found this product!! Works just as well, if not better, for my blepharitis than the $100 name brand avenova that my Dr recommended. I can't believe how quickly my swelling and itching went away. I use it in the morning and night and it keeps my eyes so healthy. Will definitely be purchasing again and again!

I love this stuff. Just ordered my third bottle. I have eyelash extensions which I felt I needed after all my eyelashes fell out. I also get these crazy thick eyebrow hairs that hurt at the root and this stuff has helped more than any cliradex or anything else I have tried. All of the gaps in my lashline have filled in! "Pimples?" I could not get rid of are gone. I use it as a spray regularly, but also use it to debride the white crusty crap that those little buggers leave behind on my lash line and even my lashes. Gets rid of the itchies and, ... IT DOES NOT AFFECT MY EXTENSIONS!!! WOO HOO!!! I used to use cotton swabs but the cotton fibers would pull my lashes out or get stuck and bother me all day. I switched to a soft makeup brush and no more problems. I began using it for other things, such as my lip line, ears, and dry spots or age spots and it has helped everything. There is never any irritation and it is not perfumed or scented. If it has any fragrance at all, I would say it is a very very faint bleach smell. I use it before the lash wash and then my lashes are squeaky clean but still intact. I haven't tried it yet for cuts or anything like thaat but bet it would be great. Seller is great, too; I had a problem with my first order and they resolved it fast and easy. Can't go wrong with this item!

For years I thought I had disgusting styes that never went away. Finally found out I have blepharitis. After so much time with unsightly eyelid issues, this stuff cleared up the problem within a couple weeks. Also helped with my dry eyes and everything else that goes with blepharitis. Am so glad an eye doctor recommended this product.

Fighting demodex on my eyelashes has been hell for me. I have researched, wasted time, and wasted TOO much money. I finally stumbled upon research stating HOCl was just as good, if not better in some cases, as tea tree oil... so I bought this because this is the cheapest and the highest concentration. The key is to clean your eyelids first to get rid of any oils (I read that on their site). Then, you can either use a saturated Q-tip and scrub the base of your lashes, or just spray a cotton pad and wipe back and forth on each lid several times. Needless to say, IT HAS WORKED!!! I've done this twice a day, and I'm extremely happy! This is the BEST purchase ever. I will continue to buy this product, but as an fyi, you can buy the lower concentration in the pet section that has the same ingredients.

This lid cleaner was recommended by my ophthalmologist to prevent another stye. I bought the first bottle from him. I spray a cotton round four times and wipe both lids with it. It does not sting my eyes like the wipes do. I like that I don't have to rinse my eyes after using it. So far, after seven months of use, I have not had another stye.
