Used these great little bottles to make home made bug spray out of essential oils. It's nice knowing that you're making something home made that is hopefully safer than store bought spray and a heck of a lot cheaper. It smells great too! The kids got so excited about the process that they used the bottles to make room spray to freshen their rooms with their own concoction of oils with different smells. It was fun.

These bottles are exactly what I was looking for when making my own home cleaning and personal products. The glass is beautifully colored, nice and thick and the top where the lid screws on is well made. The spray top sprays a fine mist, and has not clogged or had any issues, even when using essential oils and grape seed oil in them (diluted). Arrived on time, packaged nicely with no obvious imperfections.

These Spray Bottles are super cute! There were no chips, dings or scratches on the bottles. The blue color is amazingly pretty; it is dark enough to not be able to tell what color liquid is in the bottle, but light enough to see how much liquid is actually in the bottle. The spray part works great; I love the fact they come with clear top caps, which stay on very well. Overall, I'm very satisfied with every aspect of these bottles! justasimplesouthernmom

Perfect size, love the color and great quality. No problems with the sprayers, they actually do spray a soft, fine mist. I use these bottles for several types of essential oil sprays to repel fleas and ticks for my dogs and the mist allows for nice even distribution. Bought cute chalkboard labels for them and they stick great on the bottles. Would buy more to gift to friends!

I absolutely love these bottles. This is my second time purchasing them to use with my own blend of homemade natural bug spray made with a variety of essential oils that I blend together. I prefer using cobalt blue glass bottles for all my essential oil blends versus the cobalt blue plastic ones. These have an easy to use spray and work well. When I run out of these, I will most likely buy again. That's how much I like them! If you're like me, I read reviews before making purchasing decisions online. If you have found my review to be honest, fair, and educational, please mark that it is helpful. That way I can continue to provide quality reviews for amazon purchasers.

I purchased these to make home made bug sprays for this summer's camping trips and I needed glass since I used essential oils (need glass to contain oil). I am very impressed with the quality of this product. The bottles are beautiful smooth blue without a single scratch (they arrived very nicely with each bottle wrapped in it's own bubble wrap) and the spray works perfectly, spraying a wide fine mist. I like that these have caps that fit tightly so they don't fall off easily and the straw inside is on the longer side so you can cut it to the length you need. These worked for exactly what I needed them for. Glad I found these on Amazon.

I bought these on 02/25/2016 and they did come with sprayers and caps. As to the quality, they performed very well. I kept 2 for my use and the other 4 were gifts. I still use the original sprayer on both bottles and its almost been a year. For those wanting to use these spray bottles for essential oils, it's very important to use an appropriate emulsifier (an example of an emulsifier is soap, which allows water to attach to oil). Adding the correct emulsifier to your "recipe" allows the essential oil to be equally dispersed in water. Initially I tried many suggested recipes from loads of sites, but after all of them failed, I realized that all the recipes had the same root cause: none of them used a true emulsifier. Using my rusty O-Chem knowledge with a little logical research (food industry) I came across good ol' Polysorbate 20. This emulsifier is used in food, medicine and other household products. First add the polysorbate (a few teaspoons), then add the oil and mix the two. Finally add warm water and shake. Mixtures vary some, but I suspect this should eliminate most folks issues with clogs/failed sprayers. If you plan on using on skin, visit the polysorbate 20 wiki site for planning an appropriate recipe. Don't forget to consider the properties of your essential oil, such as the pH, sun exposure issues and other factors/concerns such as allergies.

Great bottles at a great price as well. The bottles come with mister and black cap. I've had no trouble with them leaking, the only adjustment I make it to cut the plastic line that goes in the bottle a wee bit so its not bent which makes the mister work better. I use these to make floral sprays with essential oils and give them as gifts to friends. These are so easy to make: Have your favorite essential oils on hand and bottled or purified water. Fill with bottled water, add your favorite "quality" essential oils, maybe about 25-35 drops until the scent is nice and strong, Google images for lavender, rosemary, etc., whatever you are making, size the images accordingly, and cut and paste on a good Avery label and print. Size labels to fit the bottles and attach label to bottles AFTER you have filled them and are happy with the scent. Usually I take clear packing tape (which is wide) and place over the labels so if the mister gets the scent on the label it doesn't stain it. You need to go slowly with the tape so it lays nice and flat without wrinkles.

I bought these hoping for the same quality of previous purchases. I use these bottles to make sprays from essential oils. All the spray bottles that I have purchased have been easy to spray. However, these are very hard to pump the piece that sprays. I really have to push down hard on to prime them and it can take 7 or 8 attempts to get the first spray out and sometimes several more to get another spray out. I had filled these for friends as little gifts and both young and old alike loved the bottles and all had difficulty spraying them. One person even tried putting a little oil around the pump sprayer, but that did not help. I’m still trying to contact the company. UPDATE: The company did contact me and offered a full refund, but that wouldn’t be fair as I love the bottles and I’m keeping them. We will work it out. I was surprised and pleased that the company contacted me. Thank you, Vivaplex!

These work great, they could be used for about anything. I use them for my Essential Oil Recipes that I mix up. With the amount of recipes I am picking up, I will be buying more very soon. This is a good thing. switching to Oils, and staying organic I am able to make my own about anything around the home. These bottles and other shape and sizes help my home run.
