AMAZING
I have three teenage boys and not a huge house so getting some sort of shoe refresher in my house was a MUST. My only issue isn't even with the product - it's with myself for not finding this stuff sooner. Seriously...it's amazing. After hitting up my kids shoes, I sprayed every single pair of my shoes that I keep in my closet also because lets be honest, summer is hot and shoes get yuck even for adults let's not pretend they don't - 4 days later and I still can smell the freshness of the spray! Now I know, you're not supposed to smell it after it dries but I have about 30 pairs of shoes and I had a couple adult beverages before spraying so I may have gone overboard. Which brings me to my next point, I was a little nervous this bottle wouldn't last long but I'm confident this will last awhile. I actually like the smell of it - because I generally like things that smell clean. I can understand how some people might not, but I'll take it over some of the most unexplainable things I've smelled from my kids shoes. Ask me to say more good things about this product and I will!

MIND BLOWN
Even with the great reviews, I was convinced there was no way this would touch the stank in my sons shoes. These shoes... while headed to town as a family we were struck with the stench, we turned the car around, drove 10 min back to the house, chucked them into the yard & went to buy new shoes (which also stunk after 1 wearing) He lost the new shoes 3 days in, just in time for my order to arrive. I was forced to try this with the nasty yard shoes. O. M. G. One soak in this stuff & the smell was GONE! I sniffed hard to find that underlying stank that I was sure was there. Gone. He's been wearing the newly revived demon shoes for a week at summer camp, spraying every day before he puts them on, smell is still GONE. Completly! I bought a powder too but haven't even used it because this works so well. It has a strong herbal/eucalyptus type smell but that fades and it smells clean anyways. THANK YOU!!

I was starting to feel bad for her school mates because even with her shoes ...
I have a 2nd grader who has the stinkiest sneakers in the world even though she always wears clean socks. After trying all kinds of things at home: baking soda, tea-tree oil, washing in vinegar etc, I was starting to feel bad for her school mates because even with her shoes on the stink was terrible. I ordered this stuff on a whim along with another, more popular brand, and this stuff is AMAZING. After one night of spray her shoes can live in the house again (we were airing them on the porch every night). I have since used it on everybody's shoes because I love it. I know it's a little expensive, but it is so worth it.

For Feet or Shoes, Works Great!
This spray can be used on your feet or your shoes. I think it smells good and herbal, though it is a little strong and my husband finds it off-putting. Better than foot odor!! Works really well. I work 12hr shifts and I apply once before my shift to my bare feet and my work shoes. Does the trick! Also works on my husband's stinky feet. He has serious foot odor and wears leather dress shoes to work. :)

Great product that works!!!
This is a unbelievable product that works. My feet tend to sweat a lot, especially during the winter months wearing boots. It got to the point that none of my shoes could be in the bedroom anymore. I had tried other products, and they did work but ultimately just became annoying and I would stop using them. Those little balls worked, but I’d always either forget to put them in or take them out. I tried a powder that worked pretty well, but it would leave powder all over my black socks and was difficult to spread evenly in the entire shoe. So I gave this product a shot. Being a liquid is so much easier to work with. Only takes 1-2 sprays per a shoe. I just keep in in a draw in the living room, spray my shoes at night before bed or before I put them on in the morning. It’s a strong smell at first. No more feet smell, my lady and I thank you!!!!!

Wow!
Wow. It works! I used to buy the odor eliminating shoe insoles and they were helping a bit but were not a perfect solution by any means. Last week, l searched Amazon and found this product. I have a teenage boy with one of the world's most stinky feet. His feet smelled so bad that they not only made the surrounding of our downstairs coat closet stinky, but also his bedroom upstairs where he took off his socks and put it in his dirty laundry (in his closet) smelled so terrible that leaving the windows open wouldn't help. Then, to my total astonishment all that smell was gone after the first application and our home is odor-free again. Just recommended it to another person and will order it again. I hope the company keep making this product for ever.

Goes the extra mile in destinking 6 year old leather Birkenstocks.
This product is exactly what I needed to finally get the stink out of my beloved 6 year old leather Birkenstocks. They had gotten to the point where they were so smelly that I stopped wearing them for a year and when I went back to them, they were just as bad as before. I decided enough was enough and went to try and destink them. First, I washed them with an antimicrobial soap using a scrub brush, then let them dry in the sun. Next, I took a spray bottle with viniger, teatree oil, sage oil, and seaweed oil and spritzed them down and allowed them to dry in the sun again. It wasn enough, so the third thing I did was let them sit in an antifungal powder overnight. They were much better, but not quite back to wearable. Finally, I tried the Lumi Shoe Spray and let them dry in the sun, for good measure, I used the Lumi Powder and let it sit overnight once they had dried off. Not only did it take the old, smelly Birkenstock sandals the final mile of deodorizing, leaving them stink free, it went the extra mile and left them smelling fresh. I wish I had this back when I was living in a dorm because my sandles stunk the whole place up so nobody wanted to visit until I took them home. Now, after a week of heavy use (applying the Lumi Powder from time to time), I can stick my nose in them and all I smell is lemongrass and leather; no foot stank present at all. Definately going to use this stuff on a regular basis to prevent the stink from coming back.

No more stinky heels!
I work in an office and I have an assortment of high heels I wear to work. I love buying new ones because (a) who doesn't love new shoes, and (b) they don't stink like the old ones! You can't really wear socks with stiletto pumps. It just doesn't look right. I'd wear the stinky shoes anyway, but I was always really self conscious thinking everyone could smell the stinky foot smell and know it was me! Finally I decided to do something about it, and I'm SO GLAD I did!! I have used essential oil toilet spray for years and it's wonderful, so I figured there had to be a similar product for other stinks. I went with this particular brand because it was "EXTRA STRENGTH" and eucalyptus and tea tree oil seemed like a good neutral-ish fragrance for feet/shoes. (I don't want, like, vanilla cinnamon feet... or maybe I do...?) At first I thought the lemon/clove element of the spray was a little overwhelming, but it's either getting absorbed/blending better now, or I'm just getting used to it, because it seems more mild. For the first couple days I sprayed all of the shoes in my closet once or twice (3-4 pumps in each shoe, all along the foot bed). Now I just spray the shoes I wore once I take them off at the end of the day. It doesn't appear to be damaging the shoes. I don't see any residue. I haven't had any reactions to the spray. I can't emphasize enough that the gross foot smell is GONE. It's GONE. Not one whiff remains!! And, obviously, my feet don't stink when I take them out of the shoes. Everyone's lives are improved. Stop suffering! Stop subjecting your friends, family, coworkers, and pets to your B.O.! I'm excited to find even more uses for this spray!

Great product however.........
I think this is a really great product however, by personal experience, I couldn't just keep spraying this in my funky shoes as I would end up with a smell that I would soon hate. Here's what I did to make this product better for me: I mixed the following: 2 ounces of this product (half the bottle) 2 ounces of 91% rubbing alcohol (helps to dry quickly) 0.5 ounce of undecylenic acid (powerful anti-fungal) 2 ounces of 10 ppm colloidal silver (powerful anti-microbial) I put this stuff in a small spray bottle that produces a gentle mist/spray action. I had to shake it well before each use. The 91% rubbing alcohol produces a rapid drying effect on the sweat and bacteria in my shoes. I had to make sure that I sprayed the product down into the toe box of my shoes. I felt that (2) sprays in the toe box, (1) spray in the arch and (1) spray in the heel cup was enough. I found that I don't need to spray this concoction more than 2-3 times per week; I also don't wear the same shoes each day; I don't wear my enclosed shoes without socks; and I actually use a washcloth and soap to scrub my feet, not just let the shower water fall on them (go figure).

Effective, Non-Toxic Shoe Deodorizer and More
This is a great multi-purpose product. So far I have used it as a shoe deodorizer, a closet deodorizer and a spider repellent. I have a pair of favorite ballet flats I wear almost daily and they needed refreshing. The day the spray arrived I sprayed them and by the next morning there was no detectable odor, not even of the product. My bedroom closet had a stuffy, musty odor and so I sprayed some in the air - the scent dissipated quickly and now my closet no longer has that stuffy, musty smell. There is an area beneath a wooden kitchen cupboard that spiders seem to love to make webs and hang out, despite repeated attempts at using dusters to remove them. I didn't want to use any toxic products. After removing the spider web and debris I gave the area a good spraying. The scent of the spray was noticeable for a few hours but then disappeared. The finish on the cupboards was not affected. So far, no return of any spiders! The product label states that it has many uses. I would use it for room and fabric fresheners, shoe deodorizer, insect repellent/deterrent. The most prominent scent I noticed was a light citronella which goes away rather quickly. If you are looking for an effective, non-toxic product, I would suggest you give it a try!
