This pan is pretty cool, I am fascinated with the color and almost texture looking finish. It is very heavy duty and as per the TeChef style has the even thorough heat bottom, that is required for proper cooking on my glass top stove. Non stick and a wonderful pan. The handle is nice because it is big enough to grab and doesn't get hot. You can just tell the quality it top notch, another great pan by TeChef.

I was looking for a non-stick that would also work on my induction cook top. this fit the bill and has performed perfectly. I love the weight of this pan, it isn't too light like a pan from wal-mart and not too heavy like my Lodge cast iron pan. It heats up well, cooks very nice, and cleans up nicely with just paper towel. Additionally It is beautiful marble look cookware. In summary, I couldn't be happier with the pan. However, I can't speak yet for their durability which is always a question mark with non-stick. I'll do my best to remember to update this review. Sep 2016 update: 6 months now and this product still works great. The pan still look beautiful. The non-stick surface doesn't show some wear. I also added the 8" to the collection.

This pan is simply great. I have nothing to complain of. It is strong, sturdy, heavy enough that it stays well on my stovetop. I also have the T-Fal Ultimate Hard Anodized, which are fairly similar, but I prefer this pan for my everyday stuff, it seems more durable. The coating is nice looking and very smooth, water is enough to clean it ! I have cooked everything in it, from meats, fish, eggs, fried things, nothing ever sticked. It even works on conduction stove tops ! I have had this for a couple weeks, I will update this review if it changes.

I've been a big fan of TeChef products over the past few years. They're about all I use now -- except for my old, trusty Berndes big saute for major meals. What TeChef does best, IMO, is produce terrific, 12' saute pans. This is my third, and easily the best, most complete pan I have. The stone coating is fabulous, and provides swift, even heat with my gas range. For example, last night I sauteed some ham pieces, mixed in some potatoes O'brian, and let that cook for just five minutes, before adding a scrambled egg and gruyere cheese combo and, effectively, stir frying for another two minutes. Voila! We had a perfect -- cooked, tho velvety soft, kind of Spanish tortilla that was the best we'd ever had. This pan is a gem! What's more, TeChef makes a great, 12' glass cover which fits all it's 12' pans -- and worked well with this, too. (Requires a separate purchase, but well worth it.) The top, itself, has two nice qualities beyond the see-thru glass: first, it has a steam release; second, it can stand on its side while you stir -- so no oils or drippings when it's not in use. This pan will now be my go-to -- along with the TeChef 12" Wok-style pan, which is super, too -but a cut below the quality of this Infinity pan.

Hands down the best pan I've had in 25 years. The non-stick surface is wonderful. Better and easier to clean than other brands I have in this price: Pampered Chef, T-fal, Farberware Millenial. I like the high sides of this pan for more than just omlets. Great choice!

I literally use this frying pan "5 days a week and twice on Sundays", for 6 months so far. I still use a little bit of EVOO spray for most of my cooking, but even so, the pan is DEFINITELY "non-stick". I've left a few frittatas in the pan a bit longer than I should have, and after some coaxing around the edges with a spatula and a shake of the wrist, they break loose and slide out. It wipes clean with a wet paper towel, the handle provides a safe and sturdy grip even for my XXL hands, and you can really feel the rigidity of the stainless steel base. It heats **pretty** evenly, though some spots seem the slightest bit hotter than others (see aforementioned frittatas). All said - I would definitely purchase it again. Oh, and consider this lid as well, it's a perfect fit for this pan: "Ecolution Universal Lid for Pots and Pans, Vented Tempered Glass" (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FZH3WAS)

So far excellent. As with all these non- stick the concept of frying requires high heat. They don’t do deep fry well. Use low medium only, use of Higher temp shortens life and there is no coming back from first over temp. Otherwise it’s a pleasure so far to use.

"This pan is my favorite. Get me a 10" one, and I can throw the rest away." That's what my SO said when she cooked in this pan the first time. And the second time...the thing is, I've stocked the shelves with fine cookware from All-Clad (d5), Le Cruset, and Cuisinart. They are beautiful and expensive, and I love them. I use low heat on our induction cooktop to cook as "waterless" as is reasonable, and they all perform wonderfully. She uses everything like she's cooking on an old red-hot coil electric range...crank it up and cook it fast before it burns much or the pot melts. This pan works great for that style, and probably much more...since she got it, she's been doing all the cooking!

This frying pan has been a pleasure to use. Weight is good, not too heavy but heavy enough to be quality pan. Bottom is very flat and works great on flat top stove. Even heat distribution and clean up is so easy, nothing sticks to this pan. Would recommend this to others.

This is not the first pan that I buy from Techef. But this one is definitely different than all the other ones. I have several of the pans from the onyx collection and they have more of your traditional Teflon. This pan is from the infinity collection and coating is completely different. It has more of the stone speckled feeling to it. PROS: ** Induction: I have an induction stovetop and it’s been really difficult for me to find good cookware. Pans have either been good quality but not induction or induction but of terrible quality. I was really happy to find that this pan has everything I needed. Good quality induction at a great price. ** Weight: Like my other Techef pan this one has a nice weight to it. It doesn't feel lightweight and flimsy like some other pans I've owned. This on weightier but is as well balanced as a top dollar pan. ** Heat distribution: I use this with an induction stovetop and it does wonderfully. It heats up quickly and evenly so there are no hot spots on my pan. ** Handle: The handle has a type of finger pad or rest on it. It makes it feel a lot sturdier and more stable when moving it around. I also really like the fact that It has a good size hole on the end of the pan handle. It's convenient since I can hang it if I choose to. CONS: The only thing that could make this pan better is a lid. Not a deal breaker for me since my old 12” Techef lid fits this pan perfectly. VERDICT: I’m really happy with my pan. I think Techef has really figured out this whole introduction cookware. I have some of their pans that I use every single day and they still look and perform as good as the first day. Great quality, non stick at a reasonable price. I'm sold.
