Meet Piper. Our long haired beauty needs some help with her fur. She was getting dreads on her hips and under her arms occasionally so we needed something to help keep her fur clean and shiny. This was our first time using a waterless shampoo and it’s perfect. Spritz her down and then hang out for a few minutes brushing her down with her favorite glove brush. Fur stays nice and clean and we no longer have dreads and dandruff.

Tried several different cat bath products, tried fish oil treats, .... however, after three uses (one week apart each) FINALLY the dandruff on my poor itty bitty black kitty is GONE! The spray is not smelly, does not make her sneeze, she doesn't love it, but tolerates it.... SO happy though that she is less itchy and not snowing dandruff when I pet her. Thank you Burts Bees!

Great smelling product, easy to use. Makes Dingo smell better, his fur is softer and doesn’t tangle or get matted anymore. Works well to clean up Monster after visits to the litter box (recovering from ruptured disc in her back). Helps keep Oscar clean (he can’t groom well because he has severe damage to his tongue from jerk faces who found him before I did).

My long hair cat had a bunch of knots/snarls in her fur - especially on her belly and back legs. She loves to be brushed, but HATES baths. Brushing was hurting her where the knots of fur were. I sprayed this on and brushed and the knots came right out without sever tugging and pulling which hurts her. This stuff is a miracle... and she love to groom herself after using this shampoo - i think it has some sort of flavor that she really likes! This is a WINNER.

To avoid the product being too sticky from honey, I mix 2T with half gallon of hot water and 2T of pure aloe vera juice, and thoroughly wipe down my long haired cat. When he dries, and I brush him it creates beautiful results! His hair is fluffy and dry looking just like he had a full bath, and he is so relaxed. There are places on his body he can't reach to lick, and it makes him so happy when I do this 1x per week. He goes into a deep happy sleep afterwards. It also eliminates my allergies to his dander. His skin is so healthy now, and his fur super soft! Going to try their dander control formula next, and will add a bit to the hot water sponge bath to help further condition skin. Healthy skin is less dander, and softer shiny fur! :)

My 19 year old cat stopped grooming herself and constant baths are too traumatic, messy, and time consuming. I looked for a product that is safe in case she does lick her fur, and I needed to clean and deodorize her. You can spray directly onto the cat, but I found it easier to use a hypoallergenic, non-toxic wipe. I spray the wipe and then clean her down. After cleaning and brushing, she looks much better and doesn't smell bad. The spray doesn't have a strong odor, so I don't have to deal with my own allergies to such things. This is great because it's quick and does the job well, and isn't messy. She looks as fluffy and nice as when she did it herself.

I mean for it being under $2 I had to try this even tho I'm normally very hesitant putting any OTC pet product on my cats from fear of hearing all those sad flea collar reactions stories some kitties go through.. but my one senior kitty doesn't clean himself like he did in his younger days so I'll spray this on his lower back right before his tail since I noticed a little bit of dander. this spray then I brush him out seems to be doing the trick. very happy. we both are

Smells good, works fine. However, I don't spray it because the cat's run from the noise. I pour it onto a cloth and rub them down or into a bowl and completely wet their brush with it. If it's cheaper to purchase without the sprayer that's what I will use in the future.

Have you ever tried to bathe a cat? If not, just know it should be an olympic sport. The cats love this although me spraying it on the natural boar bristle club brushes make them eye me with suspicion. They tolerate this being brushed in quite well. Ebony my oldest appears to be growing back fur which I think is in part due to the brush and the spray. Both her fur and Oliver's appear to be softer than before I started using it.

We have 6 cats of various types. I got this for 3 of my short hairs and it was fantastic. After the initial grooming I gently sprayed their backs. Typical of cats they don't like a sprayer but tolerated it for the most part (a foaming version would be awesome). I then brushed it in using one of those soft silicone brushes. The next day the cats had a soft and luxurious coat. I did it late in the day so hence the next day bit. Still 4 days later their coats are soft. One of the cats has short coarse fur and hers was noticeably fuller and softer. Not like the hog hair she normally feels like. She's also blind and hated the sprayer the most. As a joke I sprayed it on my head this morning and rubbed it in with the soft brush. Sure Jenn laughed but guess what. I normally have thin and naturally oily hair. It's cut short but was full and fluffy all day instead of laying flat like a hair helmet. I think Burt's Bees needs to add this formula to their human side. I'd buy it for sure otherwise I'll be stealing the cats bottle.
