A TASTE OF SOUTH AFRICA- RED BUSH tea

WOW! I had been drinking another brand of Rooibos tea before I purchased ROOIBOS ROCKS! I did not have any comparison in my red rooibos (Roy-boss) tea from another- until I opened Rooibos Rocks 1 pound bag of tea! What a difference and you can see for yourself in the pictures. **ROOIBOS ROCKS tea smells divine, is silky (slides through your fingers!), larger- more natural tea, distinct in color, and taste like Red Bush tea should taste! Dental Hygienist's Dream

I love several cups of coffee and tea each day though the caffeine caused problems. In addition, my long time dental hygienist would cringe each 6 months when she tried to clean all the coffee and tea stain from my teeth. In exploring healthy caffeine free alternatives I happened upon Red Rooibos Herb Tea that has proven to be a super pleasant surprise both for me and my hygienist. I've discovered that this tea does not contain any tannin acids like all my other tea and coffee choices. Tannin acids, apparently, are what's responsible for most of our teeth staining. At my last teeth cleaning dental visit, my dear hygienist was shocked with the positive difference. I also found out another little known benefit of this herb tea, in contrast to green or black tea, is that it does not contain a speck of Oxalic Acid which is something to be avoided by anyone with a tendency toward kidney stones. Your Rooibos Rocks Rooibos Tea is MORE Than Wonderful!

I have been I purchasing the Rooibos Rocks loose leaf package because I love to brew the tea to a dark red color with a more intense richer flavor. Have not yet brewed even one bitter cup, it always taste wonderful, either hot or iced, with sweetener or without - I always enjoy my cuppa Rooibos tea. I have purchased the box of tea bags for a quicker brew, and they too make a excellent cup. As you can see in the photo, I use a coffee press, without the plunger, and then pour thru a tea strainer to filter.

Good for me for a bunch of reasons.

I am not a tea expert but do like different tea flavors. This tea has a nice flavor with a plesent woody flavor. I find I like this as a weaker tea than stronger which makes it last longer. More of a flavoring in water without the chemical additives in water flavorings. I do put honey and lemon with it. I find I drink more liquids this way than with plane water and ti satisfies my thirst with a plesent lasting taste . I have ordered my second package without being none with the first. This is a great addition to my home grown mint teas and I will be trying to mix it with other tea also for an additional tast change. There is nothing like this on my store shelves. Additionally it is a good buy for the quantity compared to store prices for spice tea.

Fantastic taste, fresh and economical

I've used the Rooibos Rocks tea bags for several months and really like them. But, I tend to go thru then SO quickly (because they are delicious) and it was getting expensive. I decided to try the loose leaf version since it was more economical. I was hesitant because of the hassle of dealing with loose leaf tea v the ease of tea bag. But, I'm actually happier with this loose leaf tea! I took a bit of the tea out of the large bag and put it in a smaller sealed jar, so I can use out a little at a time without constantly opening the larger bag. Hopefully, the big bag will stay fresh this way. I experimented with using 1-2 teaspoons per mug (my mug is a little larger than your standard 8 oz tea cup) and have found that 1 teaspoon is a perfect amount for me. This means this bag is going to last for a very, very long time even drinking several cups a day. Woohoo! Also, this tea tastes fresher to me than the ones in the individual tea bags. The tea bags are great, not saying anything bad about them...I use those for when I can't conveniently use the loose tea.

Best Rooibos tea and it's organic!

I have to say this is the first time I tried Rooibos tea and I loved it. I heard so much about the benefits of red tea that I finally decided to try it. It has such a great taste, that's so refreshing and fruity. I like it hot with just a little bit of honey, but it tastes great cold too. I even tried it in my Kombucha tea and it turned out amazing! I just added 1 tablespoon of red tea to the 4 bags of black tea when making my kombucha. What a great new flavor for the kombucha! Even the kids loved it. I am really glad that the Rooibos Rocks offers organic red tea. I am always very concerned about any chemicals in my food, but especially tea. Thanks for offering such a great tea! You guys, rock! Highly recommended!

Excellent, strong herbal brew can be yours!

I like this rooibos herbal "tea" a lot. I haven't tried any other brands, but I have had rooibos before and this seems quite excellent as far as I can tell. The words "herbal" and "tea" are meaningless when used together, which is why it's utterly meaningless to argue about loose leaf and cut tea in this context. Rooibos is NOT TEA. It's an herb that you add water to. End of story. It has no Camellia Sinensis in it, therefore it's NOT tea. And there is no such thing as cut versus whole leaf, except with regard to actual tea. So that argument is intended to put this product down, and it's specious and vacuous. This product is excellent, and doesn't leave ANY residue in my cup, because I have a few fine mesh strainers that cost me a whopping $5 each, approximately. Get a new one if you get residue from the Rooibos in your cup.

You will love this tea!!!

I have never tried rooibos tea but on Prime Day this was on sale and I decided to give it a try as I love tea and like to try new things. It is SO delicious!! I love it plain but especially to me it is the best with a sweetener and a creamer added. I drink some nearly every day and love how it has good things in it. A few years ago I gave up soda in all forms and have turned to tea, which is so much healthier. This is very very good as iced tea as well as hot. You cannot go wrong with this tea and this company. I compared the color of it next to another well known tea company's rooibos tea and this one is clearly a higher quality tea. I am so happy to have found rooibos tea brought to us by this company! Simply the best!!! You will not be unhappy with this rooisbos tea, it is simply the best.

I received my pack of Rooibos Rocks last week. What a treat. The flavor of Rooibos Rocks is simply beyond any other Rooibos I have ever drank. My kids (yes its healthy for kids) and I just love the ritual of making tea with loose leaves, it makes you appreciate slowing down for a tiny moment. Love the packaging! You did it again! This particular brand of Rooibos is the best!

I drink at least one cup of this brand of Rooibos tea (from the bags) every day! I fix it with a few of my liquid supplements, so I know I’m getting the benefits of rooibos every single day. I decided to get the loose leaf, too, just for fun, because making tea with the leaves is a lovely ritual. This tea is nice and strong, rich and full bodied ( with no caffeine)! I love the smell, too. (Apparently, not everyone does - I don't understand, but everyone is different, right?) Rooibos has become my very favorite tea and I have spread the word. My best friend is now drinking it; our daughter-in-law and 2 granddaughters are now “hooked”; and one of these just purchased packages is for our grandson who is just getting into teas. It's nice to know that I'm contributing to my family's health while introducing them to something yummy!
