I love the rim of this pan - keeps it from collapsing as easily. I have another silicone loaf pan that is so floppy and wobbly that I'm worried I will spill the contents when putting it into the oven. This pan is much better! Plus, the contents slide easily out of this pan and cleanup is a breeze. I may buy another and donate my old one.

I really like these loaf pans. I make alot of bread to give away at Christmas and these seem to work very well. The loaves come out of the pans very easily and they clean up quickly to use again for the next batch. I will be purchasing more of these soon.

I actually bought this to insert into the storage consol of my car between the driver and passenger seat. It works well for storage and is easy to remove, clean, wipe out and put back in.

I really like this item a lot. I use it to make gluten free, low carb bread and it works great without sticking. I got this because the bottom would constantly stick to the bottom of my "nonstick" bread pan, even with greasing, but it pops right out with this. It does seem a bit flimsy so you need to bake it on a baking pan or rack, I wouldn't risk putting it straight in the oven without it, but otherwise it works great for me and I'm thinking of getting another.

It's great, I have never had a silicone baking pan before and was skeptical. It works great, my bread rose beautifully and it was SO easy to clean.

I make gluten free bread and it seemed to stick very badly to the regular bread pans. I got this one and made it to see how it works. I didn't have it in anything for support. It bows out little while cooking. But I don't care about that. It was still edible. The silicone did not leave a weird flavor but I did wash it really good before use. When I went to remove the bread, it popped right out. I didn't even have to fight it. This is great! And I have nothing negative to say about it. It's a good buy.

Perfect non stick pans. They hold up well to heavy doughs and do not spill. My other pans I have to put inside metal ones or they collapse and spill the batter. Not these pans!

I bought this for my husband who is a pretty serious amateur baker man. He makes, in particular, a peasant bread from scratch which is what I had in mind when I purchased this for him as a stocking stuffer at yuletide. He is old-school and reluctant to try new things and was almost rude when I suggested he try these pans. He tried them, however, and he has completely stopped using his glass baking dishes when he makes bread. I also purchased the muffin "tins" and they are EXCELLENT for baked goods and tiny quiches. This baking pan creates a flawless baked finished, saves on grease and makes his loaves of bread look professional-quality. I will purchase this item over and over.

I make coconut bread, which always sticks to regular metal bread pans. I ordered these and immediately made a double batch. They came out perfect first time. I much prefer the silicone breadpans and this set was great! Four eggs, two cups unsweetened coconut flakes and one rounded tablespoon of coconut oil blended in a blender. One half cup of dried, unsweetened blueberries or pitted cherries, folded in. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for approximately 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes than place on rack until cool.

Was looking for pan to make various keto breads. Keto breads with coconut flour or almond flour, have tendency to stick. Was using parchment paper but had good success with silicon muffin cups so figured try this. Bread came out easy, easy to clean. And when you put into the oven, keeps its shape. Just in case I put the pan on top of a cookie sheet but never had any problems with not being study enough.
