If you are buying this for a renewal of an expiring subscription be aware that the new subscription of 366 days will not be added to the remaining balance of your old subscription. Unlike buying directly from Norton where it is the practice of adding the new days to the remaining days. It only cost me 4 days to be made aware of this feature. Awesome product and amazing customer service

Have been a long time believer in norton securty for all my PCs but this was my first digital code purchase and i couldnt redeem it. Even though i accidentally bought the wrong product, norton was so helpful in this regard that they cancelled the code and gave me one appropriate for my region.

So easy and much more affordable!

I highly recommend this as it is so easy, and much more affordable than buying it at a retail store. Here is a step by step on how this works. 1- Buy it 2- Go to your software library to get the product key 3- Copy the key or write it down 4- Log into Norton 5- Go to Renew 6- Paste or type the key in the "I have a key or code to enter" menu. 7- All done! So helpful and I will be buying it here for now on.

Solid Protection. Easy To Use.

I've been using the Norton brand for years, and it's been very consistent in it's protection. The U.I. is easy to use, and navigate. Norton is actively updating the virus database, and Live Update keeps my computer protected with the latest threats. Norton is also not the resource hog that it used to me, and it silently runs in the background with no fuss. Two thumbs up, and I definitely recommend this software.

easy to follow instructions

Used the download option and instantly got an email regarding download and where to find my product key. Just took a few minutes to install; easy to follow instructions; After finishing scan and cleanup, computer is running faster and even internet seems to run faster. Great deal! If you order the snail mailed version all you get is a product key that you wait 2-5 days to receive. The download avoids the problem of something being lost by USPS.

Great secure, reliable product

The product is great (have been using for many years), never found any problems w/ it, just works & don't ever need to call their tech support for anything. I downloaded it & later installed it after my current version had expired. No complaints, also works well in my Firefox browser w/ the Identity Safe plugin feature - I find this feature very useful !

Seems great

Good virus and internet security. I did a lot of investigation before deciding on this brand and I was nervous when I got the software because we've had some bad luck. I needed something easy to use - it was going on my husband's computer, not mine, and he doesn't like to mess with it. I needed it to mostly run itself. I needed it to be good, to not be slow, to not be too expensive, to have a nice interface on his screen, and to only have to be checked by me once every week or two. This product satisfied all those requirements.

Switched from Norton to another popular brand that was rated higher and was sorry for getting rid of Norton. When my subscription term was up, I bought Norton Security Standard, so far it has protected my computer, but never ever interfered with the operation of my pc. It doesn't take longer to boot up, doesn't cause any slowdown in performance. My favorite feature is that it knows when your computer is idle for awhile, it will run scans until it detects you using it and it will stop so you can have all of your computer back. If you're a gamer, Norton won't take any of your PC's performance away. There is a game mode that works very well.

Excellent internet security software at a great price

This is an excellent internet security software program. A couple of years ago, this product was slowing my computer down and being an overall pain in the neck. Norton has really improved things now to where there is no slow down at all on my computer and everything works perfectly. I've also had no security problems after using this program. No viruses, adware, malware, and the rest. I've been using it for probably 6 months now. The interface is simple and easy to use. The program just works quietly in the background as you use your computer and keeps you safe. Hard to complain. Especially for the price. I'm very pleased with this product.
