I've been a PlayStation fan going back to the original many years ago. I upgraded to the "2" - then the "3" but held off on the "4" mainly because of the investment I have in games that are not compatible with the current generation. Now that I've tried the "4" there's no going back. It's vastly superior is so many ways. I kept the "3" and still have it set up next to the "4" but it's getting less and less use all the time. If you're on the fence, take the plunge. You'll not regret it.

I got this months ago and my family has loved it! I have a good gaming PC, but I wanted something to play my growing collection of PS+ games and a space where I could enjoy a multiplayer community that wouldn't die out after a few months. My 5 year old son loves playing Battlefront, Plants Vs Zombies Garden Warfare, and Rocket League. My wife enjoys playing Battlefront as well. I've had a blast playing Bloodborne, Destiny, and many other games on the system. The social media features are spot on. It's very easy to save a clip of gameplay, trim it for Twitter, and upload it in minutes. Remote play via the Vita works like a dream. I have my PS4 wired, so I think that helps a great deal, but it's really fun to be able to grind out a few PvE missions in destiny while laying down in bed. It has many great media apps too. The only downside is how often I have to rotate the controllers via the charge cable because it's always getting used.

I decided to upgrade the hard drive to 1TB before I downloaded any games in order to prevent future storage issues. It has been a perfect system. The organization of the home screen is better than the Xbox One's home screen. As a person who owns both the PS4 and the Xbox One, i'may offering a perspective that is not based off of youtube videos. The PS4 has extremely fast processing and never freezes on me. Rest mode for the PS4 is handy when I need to use the USB ports while having the system turned off. The built-in capture card is handy, but the quality is a little disappointing. Having Battlefront in this bundle is a real treat. I never knew this before I bought the system, but the controller has a motion sensor offering quick motion based typing instead of using the normal buttons for typing. The PS4 is smaller, lighter, and faster than the Xbox One. No matter what bundle you buy, this system is definitely recommended. Sony killed it in this generation of console and I hope they continue to satisfy us customers in the future as they have with the PS4.

I'll try and keep this review short and to the point. First, the PS4 is an amazing console. Games install, and download quickly(something that was a problem with the Xbox One), the graphics are not high end PC graphics, but at the price, definitely worth it. The controller is a very comfortable controller and looks sharp. Secondly, Star Wars Battlefront. This game is a hotbed of controversy. It isn't what we asked for(SWBF2 but in HD), but for what it is, it does it's job. If you like Call of Duty, you will like this game. It's fast-paced and fun, but the gameplay isn't deep. The graphics are stunning and are the major selling point of the game. Sound is also very good, and blasters and the like sound as they should. Thirdly, the other games. The classic Star Wars games included are fun distractions, but nothing really meaningful. As a bundle, this is a great deal and worth it for new PS4 players.

I have been using this for years now and its still running as strong as the day I bought it. I literally play this every single day, for several hours and I couldn't be much happier with my purchase. This is the perfect bundle for someone like me. I prefer to have all my games digitally downloaded so receiving the digital download code made me very happy. In the box you have everything you need to get started except for internet. Which is kind of a given. When you open the box you are given the Power Cord, The HDMI Cord, The Controller Charger, The PlayStation Console, The Controller, and as previously mentioned the digital download code for Star Wars Battle Front. The only con I've came across with this console is the storage capacity, which can be changed out with the help of some videos on you tube. I would highly recommend this product it is a lot cheaper then purchasing the console and game separately.

This has far exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with my upgrade to the next generation console. My only real complaint is that I thought you got the game installed on it plus 500GB hard drive. I didn't realize it came with just a 500GB hard driver then you install the game so realistically after I updated it and installed the game I think I only had 398GB of free space. With each game usually taking up around 40 to 50 GB I see it's going to fill up fast. So I hope playstation comes out with an external hard drive for the system. Other than that great system, and I am really enjoying it.

Love my ps4. Simple as that. I've had it for half a year now and It does what it's supposed to do with a lot of features. It's just like a computer with games. I can surf the web, get on netflix, shop on amazon, look for games. Now if you leave it on too long it does start to glitch and act up where I have to restart it but other than that, it's fine. I would like to see the web functions improved. It can be rather tedious or aggravating trying to search the web for anything.

Arrived faster than I was expecting which is always a plus. I ordered it for a Christmas present for my husband and he was so excited. Everything came in great condition and we have yet to have any real issues. The only thing he had an issue with was that the games were not pre loaded onto the console and it took hours and hours to finally finish downloading onto the console. I had already known of this issue since I read the reviews during the time of purchasing, but he was not very pleased and became very impatient. I liked that this system also came with the previous versions of the different star wars games as well...even if we do have those same original games and consoles still even after all this time. Loved the fact that the price for this console has also dropped.

ordered it for Christmas...first one was defective, so I sent it back to Amazon...very little hassle, and they quickly sent me a new one. "Battlefront" is a realistic Star Wars game...but it does not come with a game CD....you HAVE to download the free game from the internet onto the system...it literally took 3 days for it to download and install...I talked to a guy, and he said if you have wireless, you may want to plug the PS4 directly into the box...he assured me that the game would have loaded much faster....anyway...the game finally loaded...and my boys, ages 8 and 10 love it, as well as the PS4 itself. I also bought them Minecraft which is their favorite, as well as the Disney Infinity/Star Wars/Avengers starter sets. At first they didn't play with the Infinity too much...it seemed like they were always playing Minecraft or Battlefront...but lately I have noticed they have been playing the Infinity game a lot more. Very satisfied with the purchase...my kids love it, and I hate to admit it, but I do too....especially the Battlefront game...just don't tell my wife.

Finally broke down and upgraded my system and it was well worth the money. The range and quality of titles available seems to be extensive and quite well done. The ability to upgrade the 500GB drive to a !TB drive without voiding the warranty also worth the price of admission. The apps it has are pretty much the standards that you find on most consoles, smart TVs and/or computers so while nice to have they only add to my ability to chose which device I want to use for Hulu or Netflix or such it doesn't bring a whole lot new to the table. If you're looking to upgrade your console you certainly can not go wrong with this choice
