Came fast and just what I wanted.

Practically Perfect

I bought these for my son's 2nd birthday party and they were such a big hit. They were bigger than I expected but I was fine with it, better big than too small. Great quality, material was durable and they keep their shape. I thought for the price I would have received some very thin material, bad stitching and the bill would have been flimsy, but not so.

Great for birthday party

My son had his Thomas the train birthday party. The hats were adjustable and fit most of the kids. Toddlers though were a little big which is okay cuz they can grew into them.

I'm giving these a 5-star review, not because they are top quality (certainly they are not poor quality either); but because they are exactly what I needed and expected for my 4-year-old's birthday party. They are adjustable, fitting all of the kids who came. They came in a pack of six and were a great value for the price. If you are having a train-themed party, go for it!
