Good Product/As Advertised, Great Customer Service!

I only provide reviews for a few of the many products I buy on Amazon (they usually already have multiple reviews...) & "very rarely" give any of them "5 stars". That being said, these glass screen protectors are a good product/as advertised, are easily installed (adequate instructions, tools, etc), fit well and protect my iPad Mini as expected. On the other hand, TechMatte's Customer Service goes above and beyond expectations! I originally ordered several screens protectors for my & my wife's iPad Mini 4's, unaware at the time that only one was a Mini 4 and the other was a Mini 2... When the screen protectors fit nicely on & protected one of the iPads (the "4"), but on the other (the "2") were too large and quickly broke the first time the iPad was dropped. I emailed Customer Service to complain. They patiently asked pertinent questions, determined one of my iPads was a "2", I had ordered the wrong screen protector for it (duh) and replaced it with the correct one "free of charge" and made me a customer for life!

Excellent quality and outstanding customer service!

This screen protector has delivered so far. I've had this for 3 months and love it. Easy to install. Just make sure to remove all the dirt. If you missed some (like I did), it will leave little bubbles everywhere. But, this came with some handy stickers for removing dirt. I took the screen protector back off, and managed to remove most of the dirt. The protector makes me IPad screen so much more brilliant and vivid! Maybe I was used to the cheap protector I had on there before, but so far this is outstanding. This screen protector came with everything needed and then some. Even a link to a video to help with installation! And customer service is second to none! Superb customer service! When I had an issue, they were on it, no questions asked. I was shocked because good customer service seems to be rare these days. They have not given me anything for free nor have not I been compensated in any way. This is an unbiased positive review, because these sellers deserve the highest remarks. Very highly suggested and recommended. I will absolutely buy from Techmatte again!

Great quality and easy to install.

Great screen saver and customer support was 100% These are very simple to install. Just do it in a duster room, like the bathroom after running the shower for a min. or two. The first one I received had one corner that didn't want to stick completely. I emailed customer support and in a matter of minutes they got back to me. They asked for a description of the problem and a picture. They told me they would ship me a new one and don't worry about returning the defective one. Two days later the new one arrived and installed perfectly!

Perfection Is Possible (!)

I don't make a habit of writing reviews; but credit where and when credit is due. I know there is another item very similar to this (couple dollars less)as I had to decide between the two. Cannot comment as to that one, but this was a great decision. I have owned at least a half dozen Fires, iPads, Tablets of all kinds; and, as I always prefer to protect them, I have some experience with these screen/glass protectors. I just placed this TechMatte amFilm on a new 32GB iPad 4 Mini. Incredible. If you follow the instructions, all I can say is that it was flawless. Literally. I did the swipe with single finger from center top to bottom as indicated, and watched as the adhesive spread - perfectly. This is the first time I have ever had a protective layer adhere completely without flaw, of any kind. There is not a single bubble. I did not have to use the included "bubble pushing" card. Wow. From experience I almost would have doubted a 'perfect application' was/is possible. No longer! Beautiful. Indistinguishable from the screen. Nicely done.

Beautifully made and packaged screen protection for my iPad Mini!

This product came carefully packed and included clear and explicit directions for placing it on your screen, as well as an alcohol swab and dry cloth to clean your screen and a hard scraper type card to get all the bubbles out with, if there were any after putting it on your screen. Well I couldn't help but notice in the directions and in prior reviews I'd read, it was advised to do the placement of the screen in your bathrm after running some hot water as that would minimize dust. Being FAR too lazy and impatient to do it that way, I sat at my desk at home and carefully cleaned my screen and dried it. It speaks volumes about how awesome this tempered glass screen protector is, that all I had to do was align it properly and then as I gently placed over the screen, it literally attached itself! Perfectly! Completely beautifully flat with no bubbles!!! I watched in amazement - it was like something out of Hogwarts- so happy!! I'd 100% absolutely, positively recommend this to everyone and I'd purchase again in a heartbeat.

Took a Beating & Did it’s Job!

I just had to remove this, as it was cracked, and messing with my ability to type accurately. It has been on my iPad for 10 months. I am rough on my electronics. They go everywhere with me, have to endure being thrown in a purse with everything but the kitchen sink. I also drop my electronics. All. The. Time. So when I saw a crack on the “screen”, I was hoping it was the screen protector, and was pleased that it was. This went on easily, fit to perfection, and I couldn’t even tell it was on there - fits like a glove. For as rough as I am on this thing, I think it held up very well, and I just ordered another one. And now I’m thankful for Prime, so my iPad won’t be unprotected for too long! This screen protector is worth your purchase.

Excellent Excellent Excellent

This is a very nice screen protector. It fit my mini iPad 4 perfectly. This is easily comparable to those I've gotten when I've bought a new phone. The product - the piece of glass - rates a 5 star/excellent rating. But TechMatte's customer service is beyond 5 star! Since when does a $10 purchase get you an immediate (on delivery) email filled with useful tips and links to make sure that you can successfully install the protector? And a follow up phone call to make sure it went ok? Come on this is class leading customer experience and should be used as a case study in MBA programs. The packaging of the protector is top rate as is the way they have engineered the plastic that covers the shield to make it easier to accurately place it on the screen of the device. Finally the instructional video is extremely helpful. Bottom line, I installed the protector on my new iPad without a hitch. No bubbles! Gratitude.

100% Satisfaction with both product and customer service

This is by far the best experience I have had. I usually travel over 30 miles to the nearest mall to redeem a warranty on a screen protector glass. Not including gas used in travel that usually runs me a total of 25 dollars plus tax. So I must say how convenient and perfectly priced this item is. In order for me to leave a review, and a five star one at that, it usually points to my complete satisfaction. If i could give the review more stars I would. After verifying the size and quantity I desired, an order was placed. My order arrived exactly as expected. The item was well packaged, had no damage whatsoever and best of all included detailed step by step instructions. This was helpful since my biggest concern was application of the product on my own. TechMatte made sure to include more than enough tools necessary for a breezy installation. That's it!! My product arrived on time, in perfect condition, with all the tools necessary for an easy application and the company also included contact information incase i had any questions or concerns. Also they went out of their way to email me to make sure i was completely satisfied! As a former military personnel i can give you my word with 100% satisfaction/recommendation for this product and company. (This was not endorsed by the way!) Day 4 with my toddler and it is still in brand new condition. (Prior more pricey item and so called top of the line shattered same day!!!)

5 Star Customer Service

I'm giving TechMatte 5 stars for their excellent customer service, even though this screen protector didn't work for me. I bought a Spigen Tough Armor case for my Ipad Mini 4, and it fits like a glove and I like it. I didn't want a folio case that has a cover you have to constantly open and close, or have to hassle with the cover when shooting photos or video. So I like the Spigen case just fine. Other reviewers mentioned that the glass screen protectors didn't fit well with these kind of cases, but I thought I would give it a try just the same. They were right, it doesn't fit at all. The Spigen case comes up over and around the top of the Ipad and hugs it tightly, and the screen dimensions with the case installed are 128.5mm wide by 197.5mm tall. The TechMatte glass screen protector measures 131mm by 198.5mm; larger than the opening left by the Spigen case, so there is no way the screen protector will fit inside of it. And the Spigen case fits too snug to allow installing on top of the glass protector. TechMatte customer service gave me a few suggestions to try, none of which worked, so courteously refunded me my money. Excellent company, and it they ever make a screen protector that is a little smaller and fits inside my case, I will definitely buy one from them.

Easy to apply and great instructions

I love this, 2 tabs to help you align it, dust stickers, life time warranty and easy to apply. However, when applying it I did get one bubble that the squeege would not squee out, but once I used my fingers to push it out it adhered nicely and was not a problem. One thing to point out- check out the helpful tip and read all instruction before starting!!! I wish I had. I spent a lot of time with the dust stickers because I have 3 dogs, 3 cats, 1 molting bird with insane amount of downy dust and 2 toddlers who NEVER STOP RUNNING and I wish I had locked myself in the bathroom and ran the hot water. BUT even though I didn’t do that I still had no problem getting it applied. I just love they added that tip.
