This is the best non stick pan I have ever owned. Read the instructions! NO METAL UTENSILS! I am using it exclusively for roasting meat in my Wolfgang Puck pressure oven at 350 degrees. I soak it for a while after use and wash it with a dish rag. You gets what you pays for!

I bought this pan for my new toaster oven and have used It for five months nearly every single day. It is a perfect size, it’s very easy to clean, it has held up way better than I ever would’ve thought. Before I read the directions that state do not use spray oil‘s I did a couple of times and I think it darkened my pan and creates a sticky coating that you have to scrub hard to get off. And since most people don’t read directions, bear this in mind. I have abided by that since and I think in the long run it will make your pan clean up easy and will perform better. Because it has a textured bottom and it is non-stick I very seldom need to add oil to it to keep things from sticking. If this ever wears out, I would definitely buy another one. As a matter of fact I’m looking right now to buy another in their series

The OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro sheet pan is awesome! I use it mainly for roasting meats and veggies. I can get great crispy skin on chicken with this pan. Roasted potatoes get great color. The pan cleans up in a snap. No need for scrubbers or scouring. Just brush off stuck on food, hand wash, and the pan looks like new! I don't get any residue. The pan does warp under heat (which is typical of most pans like this), but the shape returns once it cools down. Overall, this is the best sheet pan I have ever used.

Dimensions on listing are external listing. 10x15 is 10x15 outside and 8.5x13 on the inside. Photo attached. Use and care instruction says to handwash and not to use under broiler. Photo also attached.

The OXO jelly roll pan is superior to any cookie sheet I have used. The textured surface provides air movement and cookies, for example, bake with an even, golden bottom. Also the pan remains flat in the oven. I actually baked cookies for three days in a row after receiving the pan. However, like all cookie sheets it does have a rust issue under the raised edge, but that's a minor issue. Some day manufacturers will find a way to encapsulate or put a non-rust finish on the steel(?) support structure on bakeware.

I've long been on the lookout for a good loaf pan. All the pans I had used so far that I purchased from stores kept resulting in overly cooked / hard bottoms and sides. This OXO loaf pan had great reviews and a unique bottom design so decided to give it a shot. I just used my bread pan for the first time to make banana nut bread, and I was ecstatic about how well it came out! The crust had risen and browned perfectly without burning on the sides or bottom. My husband said the bread tasted buttery and delicious. Amazing! Check out the picture to see how my banana nut bread looked after baking and starting to cool on a cooling rack. I was a bit hesitant about the cleaning aspect of it since I saw that another customer complained it being difficult with the bottom design. However, I found it to be easy with a dish scouring (one that's safe for non-stick pans) rag. I can see how it may be more difficult with a regular sponge. There were just a thin layer of bread crumbs on the side and bottom after removing my bread (it plopped right out just by tipping the pan upside down and shaking a bit), and the loaf pan was spotless after cleaning. I'm excited to try more recipes knowing that my burned-bread days are hopefully over. As the instructions say, be sure to keep an eye on cooking progress since this pan cooks more efficiently and evenly. To summarize, buy this pan!

I did not buy a luxurious stoneware baking dish, I bought a large capacity baking pan that handles both lasagna and roast chicken. It worked beautifully for the lasagna (I haven't tried the roast chicken yet.) And when I put it in the sink to hand wash, it was easier than washing a plate. Some people complained about sizing of all baking dishes as some list the inner dimension and some measure outer dimension. This one measured outer dimensions at 13" x 9" and since it has handles the inner dimension was slightly smaller however this is the deepest measurement of all the dishes I reviews. The reason why I prefer outer measurements is I like to bake in my toaster oven and it has a 13" maximum so most 13" x 9" do not fit because handles, no matter how small, prevent it from fitting. So I'm thrilled. I appreciate the heaviness and quality of this pan I don't mind hand washing to preserve the non-stick quality.

There's not a huge amount of feedback that I can give you about a cake pan, is there? Like most OXO products, it's well made with reliable construction. It does what you ask of it, and too few things in this world accomplish that much. (Sometimes we are grateful for small things.) You might be drawn to the non-stick attribute of this particular pan, as I was. It fulfills that promise, too. I've done a fair amount of cooking in this pan in the last several months, from paleo lasagna to chicken traybakes to yes, a cake or too. Some of those escapades would have qualified for the "before" images in a TV ad for dish soap ("You try rubbing, scrubbing!"), but the OXO cleaned up in a jiffy. The price for that non-stick status, however, is that you really have to hand wash the pan -- at least according to the instructions that came on the package. You can't fling this into the dishwasher or -- says the documentation -- you'll lose the slick surface. I haven't dared to challenge those instructions. And I hate to hand-wash anything, which makes me more likely to reach for another baking tin instead.

Really great and sturdy loaf pans and the color is nice and light. If you bake loaves of Bananna Bread or Pumpkin you should have experienced that the darker coated pans overly brown the outside of the loaf while the middle is still baking...NOT so with these pans. I intend to try more OXO baking products

Excellent pan, very good quality and heavier that I expected. We've used it practically every day since receiving it, about a month ago - we use it for pizza (of course) and practically any frozen foods that need to be cooked or browned in the oven. I also bought the "OXO Good Grips 4-inch Pizza Wheel and Cutter for Non-Stick Pans", cuts pizza good enough and doesn't mar this pan. No scratches or cuts so far, light staining in a few places, no signs of warpage at all and the non-stick quality is quite impressive. Recommended.
