*update - just bought my 2nd one & will probably buy more later OH MY GOSH this thing is so perfect! Incredibly easy to use and so versatile! I have a small bath & body/aromatherapy business and wish I had this item a long time ago! Great for small batches and melting pretty much anything 'double boiler' style! Super easy to clean, the handle stays cool and it fits all of my 1 & 2 qt saucepans. Highly recommend! I will be purchasing more!

Cute, Great for Beginners

I have no complaints. I've used it several times to make lotions, balms, conditioner, you name it. Holds up well to heat, easy to use. Just can't put it in super big pots, obviously!

A lot smaller then I thought it would be, but it has worked well for me and cleans up easy. I use mine for melting cocoa butter, shea butter, and bees wax for making lotions and creams so the size was just right.

Perfect for my needs

I use this little guy for candle making. It's pretty much exactly what I need. It probably wouldn't be great if you're planning to make candles in bulk, but that's not my aim. I'm mostly making them for friends and family and I might use the rest of the supplies to sell a few on Etsy lowkey. For that, this is all I need.

What every candle maker needs

This has proven to be so valuable in my wax crafting activities. I work with beeswax and make tealight candles as well as lotions and lip balm. The size is perfect for a "batch" of whatever I am making. I even have two of these now. One dedicated for candles and the other for cosmetic lotions and lip balms.

Exactly what I expected!

Love this for melting cacao butter/oils for lotions, chocolate making etc. Small, yes, but that's what I wanted. Perfect and easy to clean! High quality stainless steel.

Awesome buy!

I bought this to use for melting my shea and cocoa butters with beeswax on the stove. It works wonderfully! I thought it's be too small, but even with the recipes with lots of ingredients, I still have plenty of room in it to melt. And the pouring spout, wow! It works amazing to pour my liquids into my very itty bitty lip balm tubes. I even had some problem with the measuring cup spout pouring well, but with this double boiler, NO PROBLEM at all! It does an amazing job without spilling the liquids and they melt so easily in it while on the stove. Best buy ever!

Just as described

I don't know why people complain that this is small. It says it's 2 cups. Just picture a 2 cup measuring cup and that is how big it is. ;)

Exactly what I needed

This was exactly what I needed for melting chocolate and its compact size makes it easy to store. I can fit a 12 oz bag of chocolate and a stick of butter in it and that’s really all I needed it for. Happy with my purchase for the price!
