Ordered 1st clock in 2016, have added two new locations in 2017 and 2018. We now have 3 of these excellent time clocks. No hassle, very easy to set up and super simple for employees to clock in and out. We have a medical staff of 20. I would highly recommend.++++

Once Global Business solution emailed me after I sent a message, they have been WONDERFUL!!! I received the Time Clock that calculates regular and OT hours. It has taken a few days to get used to it, but we've "got it" now! It will end up saving at least 1 hour of my time every two weeks! That is a big deal to me!!!

This one is great! The last Upunch we had did not calculate the time and this one does. Saves a ton of time and easy to set up. Love it!

We have been using this time lock for over a year at our landscaping company. Mounted in an unheated garage. Dusty, 100 degrees in Summer, down to 5 degrees in Winter. No issues and keeps good time. Setup was fairly simple. Adjustments to settings are straightforward. I had to call customer support when I couldn't get it to calculate hours worked and they walked me through with no issue. Our employees are on the road after initial punch in and don't punch out for lunch. We use the 1st IN button and the last OUT button to get it to calculate daily hours. Lunch time is paid time so that works fine for us. My only complaint is the timecard rack. If the cards get wrinkled or slightly folded they hang up when inserting back in the rack. Need to pay attention to making sure the cards stay flat all month long.

We are finally using it at work. After a few set up glitches due to me, I finally called customer support and they walked me through each step to make sure I had it set up correctly. It took about 5 minutes and we were ready to go! Love how it calculates the hours at the end of each day.

We have been doing time with a spreadsheet and it has been a challenge. This clock does it for us and doesn't forget. Setup was easy enough did have to call support but it was me misreading the instructions on the wrong section for our clock. Simple to setup and use. Time saver (literally).

Great time clock for medium to small business users. I mean the setup was pretty easy and it has 2 different manuals to really guide you through the steps. The online time sheet manager that they have is pretty much pointless because there is no way to sync the two it's just kind of there if you want to use a software or the actual real time clock go keep track of your employees. I mean overall it's a great looking time clock, and I really like the design of the timesheets themselves. Very detailed yet very easy to read. In terms of the hardware itself I mean it seems like it's doing an outstanding job of keeping a track of all my employees, their breaks and Lunches, overtones and so on. Would definitely recommend it to someone who's tired of keeping track and manually keeping track of the hours. This will make your life and your employees work life much easier :)

A bit challenging to configure, but once done, it is a very nice product with a good quality look and feel. The automatic summing of each user's daily time is a nice feature.
