• DNA-BASED TESTING – 99.6% ACCURACY¹: Unlike urine-based gender predictor tests, SneakPeek uses fetal DNA found in mom’s blood and is 99.6% accurate as early as 9 weeks into pregnancy. Not at 9 weeks yet? Don’t worry, SneakPeek can be stored and used for up to a year after purchase.
  • BOY OR GIRL: The SneakPeek test looks for Y chromosomes in the fetal DNA found in mom’s blood. Mama normally has only X chromosomes, so if Y chromosomes are found, the baby is a boy! If not, the baby is a girl!
  • AT-HOME TEST: SneakPeek is taken in the comfort of your home without the need for a doctor’s visit. Just provide a DNA sample (only 7-10 drops of blood), which takes 2-5 minutes.
  • FROM MAILBOX TO INBOX: Results as fast as 72 hours with the FastTrack option from mailbox to inbox. Mail your sample back to SneakPeek Labs in the same kit it came in – the postage is prepaid! You’ll get gender results by email within 8 hours of sample arrival at our labs (FastTrack option), or 24 hours (Standard option).
  • RESULTS GUARANTEED: We issue a full refund if your test result does not match the gender of your newborn baby.

I can only review the delivery and the blood collection process at this point but I'll update later! I felt compelled to review after reading some of the very scary reviews regarding the collection of blood. They provide 3 lancets and I've never been a bleeder so I was prepared to use all of them. I used the first lancet and provided a pretty firm stick. Much to my surprise, I didn't even need to squeeze my finger to get the 4 or 5 drops required to fill to the black line. Whoever said it took 40 to 50 drops obviously didn't read the instructions clearly! If you take the 4 minutes of hand washing out of the equation, this test literally takes 3 minutes. The lancet is not scary and it doesn't hurt.; if you're scared of a lancet you may want to reconsider childbirth :) I'll post a next day picture... **** Edited to add that the test was 100% correct for me. Baby girl confirmed today by Harmony test @ 13 weeks! Thanks, Sneak Peek!

This review was a little bitter sweet for me. I ordered this test kit a few weeks after I found out I was pregnant with my second child. I figured it would be awesome to have an idea of what I was having before my gender reveal ultrasound. First kit came, I followed the easy directions...but got an email saying my blood didn’t pass their quality test. But thankfully they immediately sent me out a free test kit to try agin. A few days later, I did my second kit. It was a Tuesday. That Thursday I went into labor at only 14 weeks and sadly had a miscarriage. That next day, I received my email saying my test results were in....my little baby was to be a little boy. It was a bitter sweet moment in my life. But it helped me heal in the end. This truly is an amazing kit.

I have taken this test with two of my pregnancies, and with both, the result was correct. I had a girl in 2016, which was the prediction sent by sneak peek. Oddly enough, I had also taken a genetic test with my doctor and the gender results were inconclusive. Yesterday, we confirmed by ultrasound that our current pregnancy is a boy, also correctly predicted by sneak peek. I have recommended this product to all of my pregnant friends and family and it hasn't been wrong yet!

WORTH IT!! I have 3 daughters, we are pregnant with the fourth, and final baby. Needless to say we REALLY wanted a boy!! So being impatient, I ordered this test at 9 weeks after reading many reviews on it. The test kit was very thorough, only thing i would suggest it to put the directions OUTSIDE the packaging. As there are steps I didnt expect, like drinking water 30 minutes before doing it. Which i drink water all day so for me it wasn't really an issue. Also, it says Do not perform the test in a bathroom. Which i had COMPLETELY bleached my bathroom like top to bottom before opening the kit. That bathroom is about the least used room in the house by my husband, so i still did it in the bathroom. I also SCRUBBED my fingers vigorously with antimicrobial soap and the brush provided in the kit. Im a good bleeder, so i had no issues filling the tube to the line. My finger was bruised and sore for a few days, but thats to be expected. It didnt take long for them to recieve my sample, and the next day i had my results.. IT SAID BOY!!! my husband and i were so excited, but i still had my doubts, as some of the reviews stated their results were wrong. Well i had an ultrasound today, at 15 weeks, and they confirmed without a doubt, ITS A BOY!! I am so happy we are finally having our little boy! And this test was 100% accurate for us! I followed the directions to a T.

I am a medical student and was very curious about this process and the results. I ordered the test when I was 11 Weeks pregnant. Here are some things to know: if you do not have any risk of male contamination, a male result is more reliable. They look for the presence of Y chromosome in the blood, and if they can’t find it, they say “girl”. I made sure to use sterile technique when I did the test. I even took off my clothes just in case I had hugged my husband that day haha. We got the results back quickly and it said “boy”. I trusted that result because I knew I had little risk of contamination. At my 20 week anatomy scan, it was confirmed that we are having a boy. If you are on the fence about this test like I was, don’t be. Just make sure you read the instructions properly and limit exposure to male DNA. The science is there, and it’s worth the money! It was great to get to know our son in those 10 weeks before our anatomy scan.

I took the test at 9 weeks but could not draw enough blood. Was sent a free replacement a few days later. Took it again at 9 weeks, 6 days. Be sure to ‘milk’ your finger and be diligent about the directions, drink water first and thoroughly clean a table/work surface. Be patient with yourself. Also note, by the 1,130+ reviews on Amazon at the time of this writing, 81% stated accurate. Of the 19% that were not accurate the vast majority of those results were boy. I would go with this percentage more than their quoted 99%. So if you got a girl result have a bit more trust that it’s correct. If you got a boy result it may be less so. Because this is an at home test, I would not suggest a gender reveal until you get a doctor’s confirmation. However, this is by far the absolute most accurate at home test you can possibly take! It’s relatively inexpensive if you just can’t wait to find out, especially if you wait for discounted specials. My results came back within 2-3 business days. It said girl and was confirmed via my doctor’s test to be correct, girl. So this test was 100% accurate for me but I only allowed myself to think of it as 81% while waiting.

I was very skeptical when I read some of the negative reviews but decided to give it a shot as I am very impatient. I waited til 10 weeks to collect my blood sample just to be sure. It is recommended to drink plenty of water beforehand so that you can get enough blood in a single prick. I also scrubbed my hands thoroughly and bleached everything in the area as to not contaminate the sample with any other DNA. It is easy to use, and not really that painful. (To the customers with reviews showing blood all over the sink, what were you doing? LOL) Anyway, the results came back fast and they said BOY! We had a gender reveal with family but told everyone to wait for the ultrasound before buying all the blue....turns out sneak peek was CORRECT! We had an ultrasound done at 17 weeks and sure enough.....BOY! Lol CLEARLY a boy!!

I was very skeptical of ordering because of people claiming it was wrong for them. My husband and I decided that this was a better price than paying for genetic testing so we went ahead with it. I bleached everything and sanitized very well before use. It was super easy to prick my finger and squeeze the blood into the tube. I didn’t have any issues. We got our results back quickly and I will update the review once we have them confirmed through ultrasound. I say give it a try it’s easy and fun!! Update: Our sneak peak test said we were having a boy and now I have a 4 month old baby boy in my arms. We will be using this again for future children. We highly recommend this gender test!

I took this test at 11 weeks pregnant right before Christmas. I was sure we wouldn’t get it back for a while because of the holidays but we ended up getting the results email on Christmas Eve!! I’m super impressed with the ease (even though I hate needles) and accuracy of this test! I’m now 34 weeks pregnant with our little boy!

I took this at 10+5 weeks since the genetic testing through my doctor would of been more expensive. I got my results about 4 days later and said we were having a girl! I mentioned I took the test to my OB and he had never heard of it. He seemed skeptical of my results and told me to not tell him the results so that he could attempt to confirm at my 16 week appointment without any bias. He looked at my 16 week appointment and told me that he is very positive that its a girl! We are running a poll in my pregnancy group of how accurate our Sneak Peek results are and so far girl results are 100% accurate and boy results are closer to 75%. This is either due to testing too early or not decontaminating enough. Apparently, the males in your home can contaminate your sample to show male results when there might not be. I have a son and a husband so I made sure to clean everything double what I normally would, took the test when they were both gone and I performed the test on the counter with a trash bag laid out on top. (I also bleached the bag just to be safe). Be sure to wash your hands for as long as stated, maybe even a tad longer. Doing all these things gave me accurate results.
