When I decided to start using a micro pencil for my brows, I went to the highly rated Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz. I loved it, as everyone else's experiences indicated I would. But when I ran out of it, I decided I didn't want to add a $21 monthly brow expense to the budget. I decided to try the NYX version ($10) which I also liked, but their colors are limited and not very true to expectations. I wanted to find something easy to find in stores, inexpensive, and a good color for me. I saw an ad on youtube for the L'Oréal micro pencil, and tried that. I LOVE IT. I feel no difference in quality between ABH Brow Wiz and this pencil. I have heard a few high-end makeup junkies online say that nothing can replace the Brow Wiz, so if you're extremely picky about it, I can't speak for you. I use a variety of high-end and drugstore products though, and have tried pretty much every brow product there is. I won't switch from this one! The colors are true to expectations (how many of you have purchased a "brown" pencil that ended up orange? I FEEL YOU). It can be used to create a very natural brow or a bold one. The lines are precise and it doesn't clump! When you draw over a section of thick hair it will occasionally texture the tip of the pencil, but it doesn't affect the look of the brow, it just uses more product when you do that. It's really good for people with sparse brows or for filling in sparse sections. I've gone through three of them! In stores the price is $8 something. It fluctuates on Amazon from $6.50 to $10.

Love this! I've tried Anastasia brow whiz benefits new brow pencil, Maybelline skinny brow pencil thing mililani brown pencil This is the best price rocks to Gonna get this on auto delivery my CVS and Walgreens are always sold out when it's on sale

I LOVE this Loreal eyebrow pencil! I have thick eyebrows, but like to fill in the sparse spots to give me a more polished look. I've tried Anastasia Dipbrow before, but find this pencil so much easier to work with. I have brown hair and dark eyebrows. I've used both Brunette and Dark Brunette. They have both worked ok, but I definitely prefer the Dark Brunette shade for my cool-toned skin and eyebrows. The pencil itself goes on smoothly and I have never had any issues with the tip breaking. Highly recommend! ETA: I attached a photo to compare Dark Brunette and Brunette in natural light. The Dark Brunette shade is at the top and the Brunette shade is at the bottom. You can definitely see how much warmer the Brunette shade is...it would be perfect for someone with auburn hair or with more warm-toned skin. Both shades are highly pigmented and buildable.

My favorite brow product! Pros: Cost Color - I use Blonde. I have dirty blonde hair that is more ashy than warm. I find this to pair perfectly! Texture- Easy to apply and blend to give natural look Spoolie is superior to many! Cons: I do feel like I run through this quicker than I should.

I was wasting my money on the Anastasia brow pencil.. This works great! It's easy to apply and lasts all day. The color is perfect and looks natural.

I love this pencil, works perfect, lines perfect and is great for filling in as well. I'm all about groomed nice brows! The little brush is perfect for prepping, little tip makes for perfect outlining. Dont hesitate, it's great. My only complaint, soft brown has a reddish tint which I wish they would rectify. The dark brown us just to dark.

This is the closest match for color and quality to Maybelline define a brow dark blonde that I can find. I have used Maybelline for years and was very upset that it is discontinued. This product is a great replacement . I am happy with this and i will continue to purchase.

My only complaint is that there is no gray. The blonde does a nice enough job though. (FYI, I was a dark brunette who is now 40%salt/60%pepper.) This goes on easily and does little lines well. It doesn't move, holds up to sweating and occasional touching. The color lasts all day. On the downside, there is very little product so you will be rebuying this often.

This is my all time favorite eyebrow helper! I’m a person on the go so all i do is eyebrows and lipstick nothing else (on a good day i’ll throw on some concealer to make my brows extra perfect) I bought the dark brunette color, it last pretty long. I fell asleep and i still had my brows in tact. So i recommend to the fullest!
