Great for periods

Like another reviewer said I too use these for my periods. I'm going through perimenopause and my periods are crazy and unpredictable right now. These pads do well on my heaviest days.

I love the long length and the discrete protection

What more can I say they work! I love the long length and the discrete protection. These really do the job they’re designed for and I feel incredibly secure. I no longer worry about staying to the end of a two hour movie or lying in bed a little bit longer than normal. These are helping me return to a normal life. Really awesome protection in a very thin package.

Best for OAB.

Although these pads are a little thicker, they are perfect for someone like me with OAB. They definitely aren’t for someone who just has a little tinkle. They hold a LOT of urine and have saved me many moments of possible embarrassment. I wish I didn’t need them but I’m happy to have such a great product I can count on. I never start my day without them.

A solution for long boating and fishing trips!!!

Although this is my first experience with this type of product, I think it definitely deserves 5 stars. I decided to try this product after being unable to find a discrete potty solution for when I'm out on the boat...I'm in my 30s and have always been the type that has to pee more often than others - ugh! So, when we got a boat without a potty I was like "OMG what am I gonna do when I have to pee?!?!?!" The past few years I suffered through 3-4 hour fishing trips holding my bladder. My husband is really cool about keeping trips short and heading back to the boat ramp if I can't take it anymore but I LOVE fishing/being on the water and would get so bummed to have to come in because I had to pee. I already decided that I wasn't going to hang my bare bum over the side of the boat and tossed around the idea of keeping a bucket w/kitty litter on-board as a makeshift potty, still not discrete enough for my liking for when other people are on the boat with us. Enter Always Discrete Pads...perfect! They are about the thickness of a heavy period pad and I was worried that the long one would show through my leggings - but it didn't! Yay! These are perfect for when I just can't hold it anymore. They have great absorbency and did not leak. Funny enough, I told my 70yr old mom about my idea to use these and she was like "Oh, I have some you can try!" Haha - awesome mom, I had no idea! So, that right there made me realize that there are lots of us out there who use this discrete protection and should NEVER feel embarrassed about it. So, I highly recommend this product. :)

These are great. Since Amazon raised the price on the Poise pads I have been getting for years, I found these pads from Always and tried them. Now they are my favorite pads and I'm glad I made the switch.

Love these.

Love these....they are for urine leaks, not periods. They are absorbent and soft and never chafe or smell bad. They hold a lot of liquid and for the most part keep all the liquid in the pad, not your clothing. Of course, you have to change them if hey get too full. I think there is a product embedded in them that turns liquid to jell so they don't leak. Very nice. I would recommend them to anyone who has this problem....they are for women, but I think they also have some for men.

These are fine. If I have an 'accident'

Wow, am I really writing a review of incontinence pads? These are fine. If I have an 'accident', I immediately change the pad, and if that's a problem for you, you might want to reconsider, although I don't know what the alternative is. But for what they are, they are a life (and confident) saver. Worth every penny.

Much better than Poise.

I used Poise for years. When I saw these in a store I had to try them because they seemed to be much thinner than Poise, and they are. They are much more comfortable than Poise, and work great with moderate bladder leakage. I buy them from Amazon because the price is better than the stores in my area.

THIS IS THE RIGHT PRODUCT LADIES!

This is the right product ladies. Used regular menstrual pads for a long time. Even after surgery the problem is ongoing. Finally accepted that this is life and I needed more protection than I had with "monthly" pads. These are great. They keep me dry and comfy with small leaks. With bigger releases, like a 2 am potty dash that occasionally I lose, I am still protected. The "monthly" pads would leave me in need of a wardrobe change, sponge bath and sometimes a mop. With these, all I need is a fresh pad. I tried the smaller sizes first, but honestly, I should have just started with these longer overnighters. If you need it, you need it, so start with the highest protection available. I do auto ship. This size is the most difficult to find in the stores and I never want to be without them. I am actually spending less money a month for pads because mow I am using the RIGHT pad for me.

I hadn’t worn a pad since I was 13 ish. Now I’m 55 & need them for dribbles & laughing blasts. I normally don’t take the time to read lengthy reviews but I did with D Michals. Their review sold me on trying these. I had no idea what was out there to choose from but this reviewer hit on many questions I didn’t know would & should matter to me. THANK YOU D Michals for the time & details you gifted with your review!!! They are exactly as you detailed & work perfect for me!!! No trial & error for me...you did it for me!!!
