Would definitely recommend

These Chewies are much easier for me to use with my Invisalign than the big "Munchie" that came with the first set of aligners. If it weren't for these Chewies, I would be "chewing" much less! The mint scent is very subtle, but I'm not using them for the flavor. I cut one in half as suggested by another reviewer and it is less noticable in my mouth and easier to maneuver around the teeth - kind of like chewing on a weird piece of gum! (Just hope I don't accidentally swallow it!) I've purchased 4 packs of these to make sure they're always available.

Perfect for Clear Tray Straightens -

Love these little things. Every time I switch to my new clear correct trays I chew on these to help get the tray positioned correctly. I swear it helps move my teeth faster. Saw a video on line that recommended and so I purchased. Love them.

Must have for Invisalign wearers

My orthodontist recommended I bite down on wine corks to help the Invisalign trays work best. The corks were too big and gross to keep my mouth propped open so wide. These chewies work perfectly, much better than the corks! I do not taste the mint flavor, which works for me. I've used one 3x now and it's beginning to dent a bit. I feel like this product is overpriced but I'm willing to pay it for the convenience they provide.

GREAT LITTLE GREEN MUNCHIES!!

These little green “munchies” are much better than the one that was given to me by my dentist with my Invisalign trays. They have a nice mint flavor that goes away after a while but the durability of these things is fantastic. I’m still on the first one and it’s lasted for 3 weeks so far and shows no signs of failing any time soon. The original “munchie” given to me by my dentist only lasted 2 weeks and ripped apart from the chewing on it that you are supposed to do several times a day. I would highly recommend these and the price is great for a 3 pack that should last for several months.

good chewies

these are a good product. the white ones I got with my braces fell apart so easily, but these ones seem much more sturdy and last longer. I don't get any "mint" taste from these, but I always use Listerine before putting my braces in. Would buy again.

Great

Works great to seat my Invisalign retainers better than I can do with my fingers. I don’t use it the first few days of a new retainer because my teeth are so sensitive but after that I use them daily

Subtle taste. Works fine.

Similar to went my ortho provided for my clear aligner trays. The mint taste is subtle which may or may not be good depending what you are looking for. Works fine. I will be buying more since I keep losing them.

Worth it

I wish I had bought them earlier. This is definitely better than the ones my orthodontist gave me. So worth the money.

Great for setting aligners

I wanted to try ones with flavor instead of the plain white ones that came with my kit. I enjoy that they are green, makes it easier for me to find them. Flavor is mild and doesn't last long.
