  • SUSTAINABILITY: Born from our passion for cooking and concern for the planet, the Ecolution line of cookware offers a full range of kitchen products. All Ecolution cookware is high quality, and comes in packaging consisting of 70% recycled material.
  • CARE: Before using your new cookware for the first time, remove all packaging, wash your pan in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry. Hand wash only, as this will help to protect the integrity of the coating and preserve the long-lasting beauty of the pan. For best results, use non-abrasive cleaners and liquid dish soap. As with all non-stick surfaces, a periodic “conditioning” is recommended by wiping the interior of the pan with a light coating of cooking oil.
  • SPECIFICATIONS: Package includes (1) 9 1/2 inch Ecolution Bliss Hydro Ceramic Non-Stick Fry Pan with a high gloss candy apple red exterior and white ceramic interior. Please note: only use nylon or wooden utensils for Ecolution non-stick cookware.

I bought this and a larger one to replace older ones with Teflon coating. I use this one several times a week, usually to water-braise vegetables, saute or poach fish. After more than a year and a half, it's showing some wear: some scratches in the base, nicks along the edge and sides - even though I NEVER use any but soft plastic or wood utensils in it and clean carefully. Nevertheless, I love this pan and just ordered another - to replace the first one (which I'll either keep as a back-up or donate).

I love this pan! We've had it for about a month now and since we got it, I've pretty much used it exclusively, i love it so much. It cleans up so easily, and it's really beautiful too. I end up leaving it out on the stove because why not? It's such a pretty red/white and I'm just going to use it again in a second anyway. I thought I would be bothered by the fact I can't put it in the dishwasher, but I'm really not. It looks so clean and white I never feel like it's dirty at all. Of course to clean it you just wipe whatever you last cooked off and you're pretty much finished. No oil/butter necessary for scrambled eggs, though I recommend some kind of oil or something for fried eggs. A more skilled cook probably wouldn't need it? I got this pan first, to see what the bliss line is all about, but now I'm convinced I want to buy the whole set of them. I found this brand a while ago and I have loved every single thing I have from them, but this ceramic one is the best. Also worth mentioning that you're not supposed to use metal utensils with this! I used a metal utensil with an aluminum pan i got from them accidentally (before reading all of the instructions), right after I got it and it got all scratched up, so sad. I don't know if that would happen with this one but I'm careful to only use bamboo or silicone as per the instructions now for sure!

This is one of the best pans I've had over the past decade. I've had one for about six months and decided I'd get another for when I eventually leave it to get too hot or scratch it up (it has withstood my normal neglect so far althought I have managed to get into the habit of only using wooden or silicon utensils with it) but durinig washing I normally end up having metal utensils sitting in it :- ( You will want to tighten up the phillips head screw that holds the handle on. Not too tight! But it will loosen on you if you don't do it right from the start.

Got this to replace an old non-stick pan and we absolutely love it! First of all that red is vibrant and beautiful, a great match for anyone doing a red themed kitchen. Secondly, it cooks like a dream. Nice and even and everything you'd want from a pan like this. And of course, super easy to clean. I would definitely purchase one of these again, but judging by the quality, it may be some time before that happens. Very satisfied!

These are great inexpensive pans for using on induction cooktop. It is very important to mind the instructions about staying below 300F degrees if you don't want the white lining to discolor! But fortunately my induction unit has a temperature setting that makes that easy and it is plenty hot for most cooking. And for the price, I don't expect these pans to be lifetime guaranteed.

Ecolution is a brand that I encountered at Marshall's initially. Very affordable pans with comfortable soft handles and exceptional non-stick performance. However, it has to be used over low to moderate heat for optimal product life. I had a house guest who cooks everything on high heat and essentially destroyed the ceramic finish performance. This was to replace that beloved pan.

We have a gas cooktop and I was sick of my pan handles getting hot so I researched and landed on this product. The low price made it worth trying. The handles not get hot. We bought a couple of these pans and then bought a whole set. We do not put them in the dishwasher. The non stick surface has held up extremely well.

The running joke in my home is "I cook, I clean. My husband cooks, I clean. We cook together, I clean." But who wants to get up from a wonderful dinner and start scrubbing pots and pans? Not me! These pots and pans are amazingly easy to clean. That they are beautiful is just an added bonus.

I use it every morning to cook my Steel Cut Oats which takes about 1/2 an hour. I have a very easy time cleaning the pan before I go off to work as the oatmeal never sticks. If I cooked the oats a bit too long I just add a little more water, stir the oats a moment and they come out into the bowl with no problem.

I use these pans with some kind of fat: either olive oil or butter, never without. So far we've made eggs with them and they are perfect. They don't stick so far (have had them about a month) and they do clean easily. Wash by hand. They have been a relief after serious concerns over our old non-stick pans that were very likely leaching toxic chemicals into our food.
