Bought this for my 18 yo daughter. She loves it. Sound is great and size is nice and compact. Great volume and overall sound quality. I was hoping it was worth the price and it is.

One of my best Amazon purchases! It’s genuine Beats and after an initial two hour charge, I linked it to my iPhone X and it sounds amazing. I can hear the music throughout the first floor of my house and I didn’t even turn it up all the way. My only suggestion is to buy the white Beats Plus because the red one is $50 more for some reason. If you get this, you’ll love it. I’ve had other Bluetooth speakers before but this is hands down the best for the price.

Just got this today and so far so good. Extremely easy to set up and sounds great! I went into a store to compare the sound of a few different comparable speakers and this one had the crispest sound and voice clarity. After seeing a bunch of reviews of comparison via youtube where they liked the other models better, I have to say you might want to go in and listen for yourself. Everybody hears and likes something different. I like very clear, crisp sound and this speaker delivers that over the other ones I listened to. This one is also all enclosed and gives the ability to charge something while this is plugged in, and I'm assuming while it is on battery mode. It's just an all-around clear, crisp compact, weighty, well made speaker.

Absolutely the loudest, I love it. This speaker really gets loud, I have the Beats Pill 2.0 the first one and it was great and didn’t give me any problems but I wanted the newer one bc it wasn’t loud enough so I ordered it last week. It finally arrived yesterday after some shipping delays but it was well worth the wait. I set it up and now I’m enjoying it, the battery last longer, the sound is much clearer, the pill XL lives up to all the good reviews. I like the design better and it’s almost twice the size of the other pill. I just love it.

I love the Beats Pill+! People have complained about bass levels not being enough, but they may not be placing the speaker in a good location. For the best bass response the Pill+ will have to be placed on a book self, table top with wall behind, or any other place that will give you the sound you're looking for. Get up off the couch and move that thing around until you find some good spots! Treble is clear, high hats are very clearly represented but not overly loud. Acoustic guitar sounds incredible crisp coming out of the pill+. The Beats Pill 2.0 (Not this one) sounded horrible when compared side by side with the Pill+. Tested at Bestbuy side by side. Bluetooth wise, my phone is plugged in about 40ft or so away through two walls, sound quality is still excellent without any breaking up problems. I have had iPhones now for the last few generations and I am used to and have many lighting connected adaptors and cords, so charging the Pill+ and my phone can be accomplished by carrying one single cord. I have been using the pill for about a week now for a couple hours a day at a volume suitable for setting in front of me on the desk. (med - low) and I have yet to charge the battery its at 60% according to the lights. If you want a very portable speaker and backup battery for yourself, then the Beat Pill+ is for you. If you want to rock out your house and have parties, you might need to look somewhere else. The pill gets plenty loud enough but I don't crank any product up to it's limits for the long term and expect it to last. Keep it at reasonable levels and I bet this thing will last a long time! The Pill+ is somewhat heavy, but that means to me a big battery and heavy neodymium speaker magnets to make it sound great. I don't expect to survive a high fall on hard ground, nor would you expect your tablet, phone, or any other technology you have around. Definitely feels well made while in the hands. Take care of all your tech, keep it clean, be careful and it will last you so much longer. It is so easy to mistreat things and then blame the manufacturer. Don't be that person.

I love this Bluetooth speaker! It definitely can play music at a high volume. The base is pretty good. It also can pick up my Bluetooth in another room without distorting the sound. I like that it can charge with an iPhone charger and you can even charge your iPhone connected to it! Making calls on it is really cool too through the Bluetooth and microphone. According to the people I've talked to on it though a call, they say it just sounds like I'm on speaker. The battery is pretty good as well. Overall, I love it!

I have several pairs of Beats headphones and an iphone and Macbook, so the Beats Pill + was a natural buy when I wanted a bluetooth speaker. I had wanted one a while but Amazon had the Pill + approx 80$ off so I went ahead and ordered one. I got the special edition (Product) Red. The Pill + came very quick, within two days, on standard free shipping. As with any Beats/Apple product, it was packaged beautifully and securely. Comes approx 80% charged. Very convenient if you have an iphone, as the Pill charges on lightning. Battery life is great, charged it to 100% and listened for about 5hrs and it is on about 75% now. Volume is great, the red looks nice. I am not a composer or a super music snob, but I would say the sound quality is pretty good too. Overall I would say if you can get one on sale, it is worth it, especially if you have an iphone. I would say 189$ is too much for one, if you can get it for about 100$ it is not a bad price. On sale on Amazon mine was about 105$ with tax.

It's small but has a great sound quality! Would buy it over and over! Beats+

Fantastic! I initially bought the Bose SoundLink Color, and I was disappointed by the sound and the Bluetooth pairing. I returned it after 2 weeks. I bought the Beats Pill+, and it's better than the Bose speaker in every way. It pairs faster and the connection doesn't break (the Bose connection broke all the time). The sound is richer. And the design is much nicer.

Before I ordered the beats pill plus I read the reviews. Some people said they got a fake speaker. I can confirm that mine is 100% real ... the packaging has apple's name on it (Apple sells beats products). If you're going to buy it on Amazon make sure that the sellers page says "Beats". Also, the package comes with the speaker, the soft material carrying case, and the charger that is a USB port on one side and a lightning port on the other side. The speaker is as wonderful as I expected it to be ... the sound is great! It's actually bigger than I expected it to be and it's heavy!! I would definitely recommend buying this product if you want a speaker with great quality!!!
