Follow instructions and order correct strength. I smoke but much less. It's not the produce because it releases enough nicotine to calm my craving (Cherry and Mint) but I am the culprit, I keep falling of wagon...Pray for me!

IT WORKED

My husband has been a smoker for over 50 + years when he asked me to look around for something to help him cut down or completely stop,told him go to the doctor no way, thought here we go again trying to stop .Looked in my local drugstore but they didn't have a big selection . Came home thought of going on and reading reviews on Amazon saw some great reviews and learned that he needed the 4mg.ordered him his first box in June ordered about 2 more boxes and now it is October and he hasn't had or wanted a cigarette . I am amazed that he can go without a cigarette this long ,just finished the full 12 weeks.

These work great, for vaping and smoking

My wife is using these to quit smoking ciggarettes, and she's being very successful. She inspired me to attempt to quit vaping on a e-cig. I am also having great results. I used the patch before when i quit ciggarettes and really liked it but my wife wasn't able to use them. So, we tried these. This box was big enough for both of us so far, if we do buy more we will move down to the 2mg to continue to lower our nicotine intake. Thank you!
