Our grandson LOVES it!

This lawn mower exceeded my expectations. I loved the sounds it makes when you push it, not to mention the roar when you pull the pull cord. It was a breeze to assemble and our little 1yr old grandson loves it! It's perfect for a child who has just learned to walk and older. Thank you Little Tikes! You never disappoint!

Fun toy for toddlers

My son got this for his first birthday. He wasn’t quite able to push it by himself then, but he really liked the buttons, the gas tank, and the pull string that “starts” the mower. Now at 18 months, he loves pushing it around the house and in the back yard. It’s a great product. My only warning is that a toddler really has to be able to walk unassisted before being able to push this on their own. It’s not at all designed to be a walker. If a kid leans on it for support it will topple over. Two year olds favorite toy.

Everything about this was perfect. I gave this to my son for his 2nd birthday and his aunt gave him the bubble one too (whoops). I was very impressed with the quality of this one in comparison. It just looks a lot better in quality, and has a lot more features. He loves the sounds it makes and he is constantly putting gas in the tank. It is his favorite toy so far and I'm super happy and impressed.

Fun Fun Fun

Grandma didn't know her own strength when she pulled the starter cord hard -- it really vroooomed! Hahaha Our 2+ grandson can pull it and makes a lot less noise when he does it! 1 year old sister (who wants to do everything brother does) can pull it as well. They have another lawnmower that is much simpler than this one but, if they want, they can "mow the yard" at the same time. It has a gas cap that is attached. They have a toy gas can so that's fun. Sister likes the "balls" in the lawnmower--kind of like the corn popper toy. She started walking a month ago. I love the durable simple toys and this one is great. The 2+ year old has had an Amazon Fire since he was a year old and amazes me how he can do all those apps--progressively harder. But it's nice when he plays with hands on toys and uses his imagination and/or gets exercise.

Great Battery-Free toy

I bought this for my son's second birthday. I was so excited to find it as he is OBSESSED with lawn-equipment right now and I did not want to buy another battery operated item. this Lawnmower is so cute and makes sounds but ONLY if my son is playing with the item. (I have toys that when no one play will go off and it is SO annoying.) I love that he gets to use his imagination, plus it does not cost me batteries.

I purchased this Little Tykes Gas n Go Mower for my Grandson. First of all, Amazon, I'm loving the 'frustration free packaging'! The package arrived sooner than I expected & it was well protected in a nice, easily opened box, no mess, with none of those annoying plastic ties! I would definitely recommend the Frustration Free Packaging to everyone. The toy mower itself was fairly priced & built quite sturdy. It is what I would expect from the Little Tykes brand. The mower also comes with a cute little red 'gas can'. I would definitely recommend this product.

Sturdy mower and makes a cute mower sound!

I wanted this for my little grandson's 2nd birthday. Walmart was sold out, and there was even some on line price gouging with the Walmart online vendors. Thank goodness I was able to get it here on Amazon! And It was reasonably priced. I researched little mowers for one that did not need batteries or have parts that break easily. This one was perfect! You can pull the cord and it makes a brief lawnmower sound. It comes with its own little gas can. My little guy loves to mow the grass "just like daddy" and I love being the grandma who spoils him :)

Bought this for my 2 year old nephew. He's kind of a scaredy-cat of a kid so he was a little taken back by the noises the mower made (the popping sound when it moves, and the mower sound when you yank the chord - IT SOUNDS AMAZINGLY REALISTIC for a plastic toy with no batteries). After warming up to it, he's running around with it all the time in the yard! 10/10 would get for any 2 year old.

I would buy this for my son a million times over!

My son's new favorite toy! He is 2 and a half years old. He absolutely loves watching his daddy mow the lawn, and is fascinated by the lawn mower. I knew we needed to get him one of his own! He was absolutely thrilled to receive it. I told him his lawn mower was going to come in the mail, and everyday until it arrived, he asked me if it was coming in the mail that day, and watched for the mail carrier. The first day it was here, he played with it for hours and then insisted on putting it on the floor next to his bed while he slept that night. The quality of the toy is great. I love that it comes with the little gas can, my son loves to pretend he's putting gas into his mower. Another great feature is the cord that can be pulled to "start" the mower. He thinks it's just like daddy's!

Perfect gift for toddlers

My toddler is very passionate about landscape maintenance, or as he calls it "mow guys". We got him this lawn mower for his second birthday and this is hands down the most successful gift I have ever given someone in my entire life. He uses it daily and it has held up like a champ - no damage, wheels work perfectly, popping sound keeps popping as he uses it. Thank you toy universe for being clever enough to make a toy lawn mower!
