This system is a good cheaper way to have security for your home. It is less than $200, and way cheaper than the monthly services. These are just too expensive for me.The system keeps a constant watch over your property and you can rewind to whatever time you need to review. I chose this system because of the DVR which will rewrite over itself when it is full. I also have another camera which records to the cloud. This one is turned on when I am away from the house. Someone may break in my house while I am gone and steal every thing, but they cannot their picture back from the cloud. I am satisfied with the ZOSI system, and recommend it as a good alternative to the monthly services. Setup can be a head scratcher because of the instruction translation, but hang in there and you will be successful.

Amazing value for the $13 I paid. It didnt come with a power adapter; I had to buy separately. Amazing camera for entry level systems. My only complaint is that I found it kind of weird you need a screwdriver to adjust the angle but I guess that makes sense since you dont want people messing with it. The night vision auto enables itself when it gets dark. I am using it in an apartment so I can make sure maintenance doesn't steal any more of my Jack Daniels and that puppy is OK!

I have had name brand security cameras for years, two of which finally said they'd had enough and drowned themselves. Small cracks developed in the camera case itself where it joins with the mounting base allowing water to do the rest. Now I've only been running this camera for a couple of days but so far I'm impressed enough to get on here and write a review. Our waterfront home presents a challenge for security cameras even during the day due to dramatically different amounts of sunlight. All six of my cameras covering the water side of the property have difficulty when the area they are covering is divided between complete shade and bright sunlight. My name brand cameras completely flare out the bright portion of the picture, you wouldn't see an elephant walk past! Not this little guy and the picture I included tells the story. Please note that nothing was done to this picture besides cropping it to get the manufacturers name out of it. With my other cameras the sunlit portion of this picture would have flared out so badly you would have had a hard time even seeing the windows let alone the furniture. And if you look closely in the corner by the sliding glass door you'll see the motion detecting LED flood lights. They are very bright and would really cause problems for my old camera. When those LEDs came on at night that camera's picture would flare out so badly that I couldn't tell you if my Golden Retriever was at the sliding door. I tested this several times last night and this Zosi camera was great. When the LED floods came on the Zosi gave me a great, no flares picture. Forget the dog, now I'll be able to check the recording and finally find out which cat keeps leaving dead little presents in front of that door for me. This camera is mounted on top of a deck railing, completely exposed to the eliminates. It shouldn't take long to find out find out how well it's constructed. Would I recommend this camera to a friend? Not yet, I'll give it a few months, but if the image quality remains as is, then yes I would. But, in the meantime I'm getting two more of these to replace a couple other name brand cameras I'm not happy with anymore. Keep in mind that the 3.66mm lens doesn't provide a huge field of view so if you're trying to cover a large area with a single camera this may not be the camera for you. Also, because the deck has accent lighting at night I can't give you an honest opinion on the infrared capabilities. Although I certainly didn't notice any difference from the camera it replaced. PS: If you have an area that your cameras Ir doesn't provide enough light you might consider just adding an Ir emitter. They are inexpensive and can provide a lot of light in areas you currently can't see at night. Search Amazon for "CCTV ir illuminator".

I bought the 4 channel with the 1 TB HDD. I'm the IT guy at a manufacturing facility and this was purchased to monitor our shipping system. Something simple, well designed, afordable and reliable that could monitor our shipping conveyors, gates, doors and boxes, etc. I purchased it in April of 2016 with very little expectations honestly and it has been solid since day one. Not one issue. The gentlemen that run our shipping dept. are all over 55 yrs old country folks who have little to no tech skills ingeneral and I was worried that this system would prove difficult to teach them how to operate. It was not. Indeed they've learned it well and have adapted nicely. If there is a hangup, thefts, or just odd behavior in general they've been able to revert back to the time frame and see for themselves. We've relied on it and it has delivered. The Shipping dept. is downstairs in a concrete, semi-well lit environment with 8 ft ceilings and this has had no problems with connecting to the cameras. The farthest reach is roughly 80 feet away. All wireless connected cameras. They're all indoors as well, so I have very little experience or information regarding the night vision capabilities. Initial setup was as simple as it could possibly be guys. I merely plugged in the DVR unit, a monitor and a supplied (albiet cheap) small little mouse and began to setup the basic settings (time zone, how I wanted it to record, motion vs. continuous, etc.). It is not on our network at all, so I have it set up as a locally controlled device only. I then plugged in the cameras one by one and they all connected fine. The IT Dept. is upstairs and I was even able to connect wirelessly through the floor. Trust me when I say that is a good test wirelessly. This building was built in 1892 and was built to withstand a nuclear war!! Literally ... there are 3 bomb shelters that were constructed in the 50's inside the facility. Should work nicely for your house. I assure you. I highly recommend it and am here now to purchase another for my house and one more for a friend of mine who has problems with thefts and is interested in this. Feel free to ask questions and I'll do my best to respond and assist as much as possible guys.

Received the 4 Camera System today. Amazon Prime is wonderful. I set up the entire System on a table in my office. I do recommend testing it before the cameras are installed in the final location. The instructions are written in very small print. I'm age 77, and small print is difficult for me. So, I enlarged all of the page with the aid of my Printer. I followed the directions on the first page. Luckily I had an Ethernet cable from my Router that was close enough to reach to the NVR. Also, my PC Monitor was easily connected to the NVR with the same cable from the PC. I plugged in the AC power for all four cameras. Then plugged in the AC power to the NVR. And just as the instructions stated, all four cameras displays appeared on the Monitor. They looked great. I was impressed. I continued follow the instructions in setting up my preferences with the use of the little mouse which came with the System. It was very easy to do Now, I just have to be concerned about the one camera which seems to be weaker and slower to connect. NOTICE: I will update this review, after I have installed the cameras. And hopefully that one camera will work better then.

These are awesome!!! We actually caught 3 people breaking into our car using this camera. We have the camera hooked into our computer and saved the footage on a USB drive. The thieves were prosecuted and had to do community service.

I am a professional camera installer/service technician and run my own company. I had to see what all the fuss was about my pricing and try out a low cost system. Now I know why my camera business has fallen off. For $150 and the cost of a hard drive, this system does everything anyone would ever need. Motion recording, Google Chrome browser viewing/reviewing, smartphone viewing/reviewing, IR day/night indoor/outdoor cameras.... Easy to set up though it took me a minute to find the motion record function so it wasn't recording stagnant images. Also makes searching for activities much easier. I'm going to run this for a while until i'm confident in its' reliability and may offer this as a low-cost option to my customers.

I install camera systems for a living and ran into an issue of not being able to get a wire from a lower attic to an upper attic and this system worked perfectly! Picture is outstanding especially at night. Only negative is the cameras are all 3.6 mm. Wish they had 2.8 mm cameras as well for wider angle. Other than that system is excellent!

I recently purchased the 8-camera set with the 1 TB DVR. I initially had trouble getting online but an email to ZOSI tech support got a nearly immediate answer with several suggestions. The easiest solution worked...Reboot the Router! I only have 5 cameras mounted and I have them set for recording 24/7. The night vision is GREAT! I have already identified the neighbor's dog that is messing on my lawn! The daytime picture is crystal clear, even though one camera is over 40 feet away and the signal travels through 3 cinder-block walls (Florida home). I have two cameras mounted very close together and I think it is causing some interference but I used an antennae extension (included) and I think the problem is solved. Anyway, this is my first experience with camera security so I have nothing to compare to, but it works great and the picture quality is awesome. I mainly picked this product for two reasons; Price, and I noticed that complaints were immediately addressed by tech support. I do not expect high-tech things to work perfectly in my hands so it is nice to know that I have a responsive tech support team to help if I need it. I highly recommend the product.

This is an update made several years after I purchased the system. I was having a problem with two of the more distant cameras occasionally losing signal. I contacted Zosi and Doris, a technician there, worked with me, rearranging the WiFi system until all camera worked perfectly. Between her messages and some videos on Youtube to which she directed me, I was left completely satisfied. It is this commitment to long-term, quality support that has me recommending this company to friends and colleagues. [Original Review] I was very impressed at how easy this system was to set up. The system automatically recognize the cameras and put them on the screen. I had some minor problem with one of the cameras not switching to Daylight after being on infrared. However the company replace the camera within a few days. I'm very impressed at how responsive they are. I even found a way to connect one of the remote cameras to a motorcycle battery so that I didn't need to run an AC line to it. I will be buying another of these units for my home in Vermont when I go there this summer. We will be monitoring that house during the winter using the cameras. Update: We now have two systems: one in Vermont and another in Florida. (THIS is the way to watch snowfall in Vermont... via an App) The service has been outstanding. The company is very responsive.
