Excellent cover
Fits my 80d with most standard zoom lenses just fine and offers a lot of protection from rain and mud. It also still allows the camera to be used with my quick release plates on my tripods and clip.

I have not needed it for the rain yet but I think it will work great if needed
I received this a a gift for Christmas. I had seen the a video online about this shell and thought it would be neat to have. I use it to keep my camera safe in my hiking backpack. I have not needed it for the rain yet but I think it will work great if needed. I use it on a Canon 80d and it fits perfectly.

Well-made product
I love this product! It has been on my watch-list for about a year now and I finally pressed the "purchase" button! It protects the camera perfectly. Other reviews mentioned that it was too bulky to shoot from, however, you must remember that the primary job is to keep the camera dry. I feel much more comfortable taking my camera out into nature now knowing that I have a way to protect it from the elements.

Great lightweight cover
Great lightweight cover! Appears to be well made and of good materials (time will tell). I often carry my Sony A6000 with a zoom-lense around my neck for quick access and have been loking fro a cover that provides some cushioning as well as for weather and dust protection. Most of what I have tried is too bulky, and too slow to deploy camera. This Peak Design cover was exactly want I was looking for.

A must have!
This is great. I’ve used it many times at my kids’ soccer games this past spring. And we just took a trip to Oregon and had it on my camera for two days straight as we went on many hikes and the rain was off and on for the whole time. It makes it so I can use my camera in the rain and not miss any of those moments because I didn’t want my camera to get wet. The material is very nice. Thick and very durable. I can tell this will last me a long time. Very glad I have this!!

Peak Design is unmatched in quality!
If you don't have the budget to buy a weather proof camera, this will do the job and leave it accessible to still shoot! Pair it with the Capture or a Slide Strap and carry your camera everywhere without worry and always get the shot! Peak Design makes sensible accessories with unmatched quality! I have been using these three items for six months and I love them all! I wont carry my camera without all of them.

Another winner from peak design
Huge fan of peak design, and this gem is another well-thought out piece of kit. Nicely fits my Nikon d3200 w 200mm lense. Much better investment than the plastic covers, with cut-through for strap. If you haven't already you should check out their other great products.

durable, reliable and well designed but only you can determine if it's a good value.
Probably one of the most thought out and overdesigned rain covers for a camera ever devised. However, it manages to have no faults, from what I can perceive while using it. It even manages to fold into itself for compactness, giving it more reason to live in your bag at all times. Medium is sized just right to fit a mirrorless camera, like my Fujifilm X-T2, combined with the 16-55mm ƒ/2.8 lens. It's a little short when used with my 50-140mm ƒ/2.8 lens. Both lenses and camera body are weather resistant but the cover serves to ensure everything stays dry when the rain is really pissing down, as it does here in Seattle. The cover has a small lip, in case you aren't using your lens hood. Secured by an internal bungee, it works with anything up to 82mm in diameter, it seems, maybe even larger. The rear also has a bungee to secure around the camera body when not in use. All in all, it works and is made from durable materials. May not be worth the price to you, but it's better than buying plastic bags repeatedly.
