Great stapler and great service from the manufacturer/vendor

I volunteer at an elementary school as a helper for teachers with their busy work and projects. Last week I had to staple 36 packets that contained 3 manila folders each. My hand was like a crab claw by the end! I ordered this stapler for future projects and it is nothing short of amazing. It's very powerful and simple to use. At first I struggled with finding an on button, but you pretty much just put in the items you want stapled and bam! It's stapled. It's also a good weight and compact to leave in my bag (I don't leave anything in my project room as it disappears--not this sweet baby!). I will come back on here to update after another couple of months of usage, just wanted to post a quick review. So far, I am thrilled with my purchase! My hand is no longer a claw from stapling large amounts of papers. I also want to add that I contacted the manufacturer with a question and got an immediate, stellar response. It's lovely when you buy something and have great service. If only every purchase was such a great experience! *Edited: 12/12/17 Had issues with my stapler, would not operate on batteries. Contacted the company site via web link and had a brand new stapler in hand by Monday night. Really so impressed with this. They couldn’t have been nicer throughout the stealth process. Worth every penny!!!

I purchased this stapler because I volunteer at my child's school and am constantly stapling packets for the class. My manual stapler worked fine for most projects but it would get jammed if I was stapling 7 or more pages together, which was often the case. I picked this stapler based on a recommendation from another volunteer. It's worth every penny!!! My projects go so much quicker and my hand doesn't get sore from pressing down or squeezing the manual stapler. It staples immediately when the paper is inserted and easily staples up to 25 sheets, no problem! I've used it for 30 and it worked but I've heard that can be hard on it and since I adore it so much I don't want to abuse it.

Seth and Marina reached out via email to follow up - after testing the product, I noticed my battery function wasn't working properly. I posed a question back to their email, asking if it was perhaps user error. They provided me guidance/knowledge on the product, and collectively we came to the conclusion it might be defective; they rush shipped me a new stapler, and within a couple of days I have a brand new product. Keeps middle schoolers amused for hours; great customer service

Got it, loved it. Used it at school. After a few months, it stopped working. I emailed the seller just asking about any possible warranty or repair options and they expedited a new one to me within literally fewer than 24 hours from my message. I guess an automatic stapler is an automatic stapler, but the customer service gets all those happy, happy stars. (Also, are my middle schoolers the only ones in the world over the moon excited about automatic staplers? What is with that? I swear it’s like a caveman discovering fire.)

Best Stapler for the Money!!!!

I bought this stapler to replace an older one of another brand. It gave out and I was looking for a heavy duty stapler because I sometimes staple a number of papers together and my old one had trouble with more than 5 or 6 sheets of paper. As a person with arthritis and other issues, an electric stapler is a necessity! I really like this EX-25 Heavy Duty Electric Stapler for several reasons: it is well made and quite durable; it uses either electricity [an adapter is included] or batteries - whichever works best for you; it handles over 10 sheets easily without jamming; it is very comfortable to hold and so far I am very happy with it. It is much better than the other brand of stapler I had. For the price, you cannot go wrong with this stapler! It arrived on time in excellent condition and is a real bargain!

our clerks (we are a pharmacy) and I love it! It actually speeds up each transaction and provides more time to communicate with customers..........to answer questions, etc. The coolest feature is that you can actually set the depth of the staple (example, if you want to staple 8.5 x 11 sheets together, it is really easy. if you are stapling bags and drug information, with two fingers (and a half second, simply move the guide back a half inch) to position the staple a little deeper, providing a more secure staple. I'm a small business; and buy from other small businesses as much as possible. I've walked into Sprall-Mart once in six years. Amazon provides a great way to purchase goods from other small and veteran-owned businesses.

The first stapler I received had a bad motor. It made an awful screeching sound the first time I used it and did not staple at all. One email to EcoElectronix and a replacement was on the way (thanks Seth!). Apparently I received a stapler with a bad motor, which is rare. The replacement stapler works great! Love that it uses standard staples, and easily staples through 20 pages. It's quiet and efficient. Very happy with the purchase, and especially with EcoElectronix.

The Best Electric Stapler I've Used...And I've Had a Number of Them

I am a third grade teacher, and I have had a number of staplers. I like electric staplers for their ease of use, and because students can't walk around the room with them. I've had a number of staplers that cost double the price of this stapler, that in my opinion do NOT meet the standards of this stapler. In my opinion this is a great stapler! It is more intuitive of how to use than others I've had (third graders sometimes have a learning curve), and the feature of being able to put the paper in deeper to adjust where the staple goes is outstanding. Sure, you can say it's just a stapler, which is true, but a stapler is a valuable part of my classroom, and this one, in my opinion is the best electric stapler I've had at any price.

Pros 1.Very powerful stapler, able to handle most office duties easily. 6 or seven pieces was no problem for this thing 2. Large capacity is able to hold a full clip of stables, so you don't have to refill as much. 3. Has the option to be plugged in or powered by batteries 4. Adjustable depth so u always get the staple in the right spot. 5. Lifetime warranty Cons 1. Really top heavy, so prone to be knocked over quite easily 2. Contrary to the advertisement its not that quiet. 3. Relatively expensive considering there are quite a few options for half the cost. I think its a great electric stapler if you staple a lot all day, which I do. I bought two of these bad boys, and they have yet to do me wrong. I opted for these over the competition because of the warranty. Edit: Given the EcoElectronix timely and courteous response to my review. I am now even more reassured that they will honor their lifetime warranty and have increased my rating from 4 to 5 stars based on their care! Cheers and Thank you for the kind words!

Very satisfied

I needed a portable stapler (have no outlet available) that packs a punch and THIS IS IT! I have gone through two other brands that promised to staple over 20 pages on battery power and none met the test. Generally, my work produces 5 to 15 pages and the other staplers couldn't even handle that load. This one works fine every time and doesn't seem to care what brand of staples I feed it. Count me as a satisfied customer. Also - pleasant surprise - after purchasing the product I was contacted by EcoElectronix offering (unsolicited I might add) to provide a free AC adaptor for the stapler because some customers had complained that the stapler did not come with an AC adaptor in the box (although it was clearly advertised as not included). Because I don't plan to plug it in, I declined the offer. The Company responded that if I ever changed my mind just let them know and they will provide the adaptor for free. Now that's the kind of Company I like doing business with -- good product, good people.
