Love the product except the tubes start to split at the corners allowing the more liquid part to escape then the cream is gets very thick. I believe it was a defective lot. Other reviewers have written similar experience.

One of my favorite baby care products

This is one of my favorite baby care products. After learning that baby powder was a no-no, I was on the search for something that would be a suitable replacement to keep my baby dry and free from rashes. This does the trick and it smells really good, too. It's crazy how it comes out the consistency of a thick lotion and then turns immediately to a powdery consistency.

Product separates

My go to for butt care. Upon first use place item in a hot bowl of water for a few minutes then shake. Do not shake to hard. Everytime you use it make sure there is no air when you close it so product does not separate.

We use cloth diapers and this ointment is safe and does not cause staining or repelling issues. You have to shake it before every use because the elements separate and you'll end up squirting out an oily substance before you get any cream. Shake it really well and then you only need a dime sized amount. It spreads really well works wonders! We use this in conjunction with a lavender and coconut essential oil mixture and have had no more issues with yeast after fighting it for 2 months!

Best Cream!

My daughter's diaper rash and bum only respond to powder. They cant use powder at daycare and this has been a saving grace! Her bum isn't red any longer, since uaing thia product.

Wonderful scent

I started out using Desitin but I wanted a more natural product. I've used it in place of other diaper rash ointments. My son has yet to experience a diaper rash. The cream is thick and soothing, plus it smells great, kind of like honey. I wish it spread easier, but that's a minor complaint.
