MASK FIT: The front is super soft & squishy, and it makes nice sounds when you move the beads around. The back feels kinda like velvet, it's super soft and rests really comfortably around your face. It doesn't poke or irritate your face in any way. A thing I really love is the adjustable strap. Most masks fit kinda tight around my apparently giant sized head which ends up squeezing my head and results in a headache. But with the adjustable strap the mask fits perfectly. Color is just as advertised, and it's a beautiful pastel pink. COLD EYE MASK: When you stick it in the fridge to get it cold the mask works great. It holds the cold temperature really well. When you put it on the velvet back prevents it from getting so cold that it hurts your face. I can wear the mask for hours before I need to put it back in the fridge. It reduces the puffyness in my eyes when I have allergies, and that's all I wanted so I'm super pleased. I haven't tried to get the mask hot, but I assume it would work the same way. So no complaints here, only compliments. I'll update the review if anything changes.

I love this so much I bought two more. I get eye strain headaches easily and frequently. I also get migraine headaches. I put this on my eyes before bed or when lying down with a migraine and it’s perfect. It’s soothing, lasts about 20 minutes, and blocks the light great after it has thawed. It blocks the light moderately well before it has thawed. I store mine in the freezer so it’s ready to go when I need it. I use my fingers to break up the frozen part to it conforms to my face. I’ve tried so many eye masks. These work the best at numbing facial pain. Most eye masks don’t get very cold because most people use them for cosmetic reason like puffy eyes. The eye area is sensitive, yes, but the other masks have never helped my migraines because they are not cold enough or don’t stay cold for long.

Great product, stays cold for a long time. I don’t understand some of these bad reviews about it breaking... If you put it in the freezer for the recommended time it’s perfect and flexible and if u leave it in overnight yes it will be harder and more frozen so just don’t bend it really hard or fast, anything would crack if u did that. If ur gentle with it it’s fine and works well.

A warm, damp compress was recommended by my optometrist for dry eyes. This is much easier to quickly heat in the microwave. 30 seconds is all that it takes in our microwave. While it doesn't seem very warm, it is plenty, as it would be easy to injure your eyelids and skin if it is too hot.

I've used this twice and I love the way it feels. I'm using it for dry eye syndrome so I do hot compresses twice a day. My only complaint is that this came in a thin plastic bag with no tags, just a small label identifying what it was on the outside of the bag.. The instructions for use were on a tag sewn to the eye mask instead of on a paper insert with the mask. At first I wondered whether this was a return but it appears new. I've used 2 other masks, one with lavender and one without and this one is the one I like best.

I got mine earlier in the mail today + will update if any of the potential downfalls others mentioned occur, but at the moment I'm extremely satisfied. Pros: - I'm a dummy and didn't even realize this comes with 2. Twice the value + a backup if anything goes wrong with #1 - heated up in the microwave fine without any smell or bursting, etc, as some had said. Of course, I only heated it once so far. - the felt side doesn't feel super plastic-y as I feared - comfy enough - works well (doesn't hold heat or cold for an eternity, but as long as you should expect Cons: - again, will update if anything significant occurs - the fit is a LITTLE strange. not totally uncomfortable or anything, just kind of odd. - if you feel you want or need any sort of instructions besides the little bit on the tag (how long to heat and cool), it came with none Would buy again.

It's exactly as pictured and described. On the front you have small gel feeling balls and on the back you have really soft fabric. You put it in the freezer a hour or 2 and then strap it on. Its straps really do hold the mask as tight as you want and secure. I liked how the mask still forms to your face even when it first comes from the freezer. I bought the mask due my eyes feeling really itchy & burning from allergies. This mask really soothed the discomfort and I was comfortable enough to fall asleep.

My eye doctor recommended something similar - wanted to charge me over $30 for the one they carry but, fortunately, they were out of stock. Came home and ordered the pink one. I like it - it heats up in about 30 seconds, holds warmth for quite a long while, and if i want to i can use it around the back of my neck instead of over my eyes - so versatile! Since it can be used for heat OR cold, I am keeping my pink one for heat, and ordered a blue one to keep in the freezer.

I needed a hot/cold mask for various purposes, mainly as a warm compress. This one is comfortable and stays on well--better than any other mask I've tried, and certainly better than a wet towel. I haven't used it much for cold, but it heats quickly in my small (500W) microwave when I need it. After asking other reviewers and experimenting, I found that I could get it to a warm-but-not-hot temperature by laying it flat in a flat microwave proof bowl (gel side up) and heating it on the turntable for 40 sec. on full power, then mushing it around a little, then heating it for another 30-35 seconds on full power and mushing it around again. I use it only for 10 minutes, and it hardly cools off at all (so make sure it isn't too hot the first few times you use it!).

I have a cod/flu "thing" with very, very painful sinuses and the bones all around the sinuses. The package was delivered directly to my apartment door, which was wonderful; I opened it; put the mask in the microwave for about 45 seconds and then over my eyes. And Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh; it was a complete relief from pain. I relaxed - more so then in the last five days. Am I cured - No but perhaps now my system will show its gratitude and throw the Bugs out. Thank you to the designer, manufacturer, supplier and everyone who had any part in bringing this product to me. Thanks Amazon and thanks to the delivery people.
