Just what I was looking for!

These are exactly what I've been looking for. I wanted something nicer than a paper cup, with no stem (too tippy) and unbreakable. We like to go to concerts on the beach and camp in our RV and glass is frowned upon. These are excellent! They stack for storing, are super lightweight and yet durable. I dropped one from about 6ft high and it went skating across my Mexican tile floor and when I went and retrieved it there wasn't so much as a scratch or nick. Great price and with 12 of them I don't have to lose sleep over losing one on occasion in our travels.

Excellent Product

These 14oz glasses are perfect for entertaining. The size is just right for wine or a cocktail. I was happy I ordered the 14oz because I think the 12oz may have been too small. I have attached photos for you to decide. The plastic is sturdy and it looks like glass. The rims are nice and smooth for drinking. I used these for a cocktail party and received many compliments. I do not think that these would last in the dishwasher, as they would probably melt due to the temperature. But, if you are looking for a reasonably priced plastic glass that actually looks good for a wedding reception or a party, look no more.

Love these as a disposal wine glass

Love these as a disposal wine glass, or a wine glass that you hand wash. Perfect for the patio, and parties. We used them for a big outdoor party we had and saved some for everyday use. Do not put them in the dishwasher or they will melt! They are not intended to last a long time, but definitely great for their intended purpose.

Best party ware ever - very elegant

I ordered the wine and beer glasses for a wedding rehearsal dinner in my backyard, everyone commented on them. They are exceptionally clear and have a nice, durable feel, aren't flexible. They are affordable and can easily be washed and reused. I hate throwing things away so I packed them up in the very sturdy boxes they came in and have them ready for the next party. I've recommended them to others and they love them too.

Elegant glass-like appearance with no breakage

Initially used to aerate/serve a nice red wine. Clean up was a breeze as the decanter comes apart, washes stain-free and air dries spotless. Then used as orange juice (with lots of pulp) decanter on conference room table. Being a food manufacturing facility and glass of any kind is not permitted, my Client was amazed at the appearance and durability. I will definitely be purchasing more for my event-site catering business.

UPDATE

I bought two boxes of these one came brand new still in wrappers the other came unwrapped and used with sharpie writing on the glasses, see the pic on the bottom middle glass. I did not order used glasses and got a package of 12 USED GLASSES! 5/4- UPDATE! I am very satisfied with TOSSWARE's customer service. they went above and beyond to rectify the situation, even writing a hand written note from their customer service team. I will be ordering through their site again.

Worked great for thanksgiving

Worked great for thanksgiving. Th!ey can be tossed, but they were so nice, my aunt cleaned them and put them back together! So I have these to use again next year. I have been voluntold to host Thanksgiving (#adulting), and we have at least 17 people each year, with kids. So these shatterproof wine glasses are great! I don't have to worry about them falling over (no stem) or breaking when they fall. It's one less thing to worry about at thanksgiving! yay!

Plastic wine glasses for the "Plastic Averse"

I'm always reluctant to serve wine in plastic, and try to avoid plastic as much as possible for environmental reasons. However, a large outdoor family event made real glass impractical, so I gave into pressure and searched for an acceptable disposable solution. After much searching and review-reading, I picked Tossware and was not disappointed. The wine cups are sturdy, attractive, and don't have a plastic taste. That they be recyclable was a non-negotiable factor. If you need something disposable and recyclable, but not tacky, or if you have a pool or other venue where glass is a no-no, you'll be satisfied with Tossware.

Great glass for concrete pool areas.

We are fortunate to live in Florida and have an outdoor pool. We had a number of guest over which caused overflow in the pool area. I needed an alternative to glass in case of an accident. There was one dropped glass. Guess what? No breakage! No shards! No harm! The glasses are substantial enough that we were able to hand wash and we will use for our next event. They are good looking and the snap together for convenient storage. I am sold. I wish there was a similar stemmed wine glass. We love the product. and would buy again

Excellent partyware.

When planning a party for about 40 guests, we needed a lot of glassware and preferred plastic for both safety and price, but the stuff in the party stores just doesn't have the quality when serving wine or mixed drinks. Tossware in various sizes/styles was the perfect answer. They are light, so nobody is fooled that they are glass. But their are so smooth and optically perfect that they enhance the beverage service rather than diminish it. And their styles are quite elegant and contemporary. At about $1 a glass if bought in packs of $48, we were willing to have many of them thrown away. But they are quite washable for re-use (hand wash only) so the economics are OK as well.
