Replacement was easy and fixed the problem

Was the exact replacement for my Acer F5-571T. Replacement was easy and fixed the problem.

Microsoft Store's customer Service and Acer were a huge disappointment. FWIW

The screen on my ACER F5-571T-569T started acting up within a few months of purchase from a B&M Microsoft Store. It would go gray on any movement of the laptop screen/lid. Since it was only 5-6 months from purchase, I took it to the Microsoft Store to see what they could do about it. They insisted on seeing a receipt which unfortunately I had kept so secure, that I could not locate it. I offered them my payment details via credit card and asked them to bring up their records using the credit card. Some stores do that, Microsoft Store did not. Anyways they said even if I bring in my receipt, it would be a approx. a month from the time they ship my laptop to ACER, they fix it and return. Is such a warranty practical for a student who uses it everyday? Microsoft Store's customer Service and Acer were a huge disappointment. FWIW, please bear this in mind if you decide to purchase ACER or any laptop from Microsoft Store. Anyways, I opened the laptop, the screen cable seemed intact. I suspected the screen because it would work fine when I wedged in a marker between the base of the screen and the laptop base. I looked up the part number for the ACER screen and ordered this one. It came very securely packaged. I replaced the screen in 10-15 minutes and it worked like a champ, no more screen issues. Highly recommend this! BTW if you prefer a non-touch version that is also available for $19 less (I last checked on ebay - delivered from the UK).

This is the exact replacement screen for the Dell 15 Inspiron 5000 laptop. It was a easy for my 16 year old to replace it himself and worked flawlessly plus saved us $300 - $500 from having Best Buy replace it for us. Win! Win!

Awesome replacement screen!

Perfect drop in replacement.

Works well. Easy to install. Just make sure you get all the pins aligned properly. If it seems to work but is really dim double check the pins are properly connected.
