These tablets are AMAZING ! I do Orange Theory Fitness and I took this supplement 30 minutes before my workout and I was FOCUSED , I will definitely buy more when I run out but that won’t be for a while because it comes with a lot , and for the price is great.

Lifesaving tablets

I bought these tablets impulsively shopping in preparation for a music festival in Tennessee this summer. During the first days of the festival I forgot I packed the tablets and was not feeling my normal self. We were spending all day in scorching heat standing and sweating. On the third day I used one of these tablets in a desperate hope to feel better. Within 30 minutes I could tell a substantial difference. I continued using the tablets throughout the rest of the festival and I felt so much better. These really can work miracles. I would recommend these to anyone hoping to improve their endurance or physical performance or even to someone who needs a nice energy boost.

Better than a sweet sports drink

For distance running this stuff is great. No calories, no sugar, but a lot of the benefits of a sports drink. I run long distances and don't like a drink with a sweet taste in the later miles. Taste is not the key issue here but I do like the lime/cherry flavor. Since it has no calories you have to eat something to get the carbs. If you haven't already, you should give it a try. Highly recommend.

I’m hooked!!!

I teach a lot of hot yoga and have been dealing with some pretty intense dehydration headaches and was looking for an easy solution. All my friends told me about nuun so I decided to go with the “energy” version first because they had a lower price here on amazon. I have to say...I am hooked! The taste is way better than any other hydration product I have tried. As other reviews have said they do take forever to dissolve but I’m patient enough to deal with it. I am caffeine sensitive and the amount from green tea in these does not bother me. Can’t wait to try the other flavors!

Excellent item

Dehydration is dangerous and sneak up on you, especially in the winter. I carry this in my pack to work and it really helps get hydrated. A medic at work gave me one during a super hot july day when I couldn't drink enough water to stay hydrated...it literally saved the day!

Great Stuff!

I tried this out originally because they seemed like interesting alternative to wasting plastic on sports drinks, especially to a multi-sport person like me, who goes through 5 or 6 Gatorade's a week. Little did I know how amazing these tablets really are. After a week of having half a tablet a day (I know, I'm super stingy), before workouts , I noticed the immediate effects, more energy, less cramps/stiffness, etc. But after two weeks I began to notice a positive long-term effect of the tablets, they significantly reduced my acne! (Yep, I'm a disgusting teenager). Now I thought, "must just be a change in hormones or something", but I was wrong. After running out of the tablets (I only bought one tube) my acne slowly but surely returned, less severe but still more noticeable... I'm not going to claim this to be a cure-all, and I might just be an isolated case, but I am surely going to continue to order these amazing tablets and recommend them to anyone skeptical of them to just try it once.

These are a Godsend...

I bought these for my 19 year old son, who has orthostatic hypotension. The doctors recommended Gatorade, but way too much sugar. He needs the extra sodium and Nuun contains more than Gatorade. The taste is also milder and the flavors are quite good. Love that it has natural ingredients that aren't harmful. He loves them and loves the added caffeine for college. No more Gatorade or Red Bull. Happy mom.

I don't love the flavor

I'm amused by the reviews saying "oh no! look at all the sodium!" or "ahh, the caffeine!" Due to health conditions, I'm on a high caffeine, high sodium, high water diet. These tablets help keep me functional. I don't love the flavor, so I drink them quickly, but the limeade and cherry limeade have both grown on me.

I finally found what I been searching for...

So I have been on asearch for a replacement product for the amazing arbonne fizzsticks. 2 years I've been searching and I've found it and at a fraction of the price and no pressure to join an MLM! I love these, I don't crash and I don't get jitters, it is the perfect 3pm slump crusher. Love the flavors, and if ya like extra fizz add it to a LaCroix.

Great pre-run solution for heavy sweaters!

These really have helped me. I run first thing in the morning, shower and then sit down at a desk. My calves get so tight. I try to roll them out at night but it is so painful. I am also a gifted sweat machine. This is no exaggeration. So I finally put two and two together. So I started using this drink mix. I get down about 3/4 of 16 oz. about 20 minutes before running and then finish the rest after my run. I am much more alert when I start and feel energized. At the end of my run I shower and then roll out my calves. No more pain. As a bonus I don't feel exhausted 2 hours after my run like I do after a really hard one. Great product.
