Nice, neutral and a good buy$

Love this tho haven’t laundered yet. My washer and dryer have special settings and are drum style so I expect all to go well. But, I put this together by buying euro shams and one “bear” pillow cover all from amazon and after sending a photo to some friends...most had a similar response, “it looks like a first class hotel room...”. My husband returned from over seas and he was absolutely thrilled! It suits our style, keeps us comfy and our lab enjoys an occasional nap on it too. It’s held up quite well. Now if it could be better, just that the stitching was more durable. You can’t just yank it around when you make the bed...more just be mindful of it. So far, no break to the integrity of any piece. It’s not a $500 set so if you’re wanting to spend less it’s a great buy! Thanks!

Definitely grey

My husband and I both thought this looked cream colored with the plum, but it is definitely grey. At first we were disappointed, but now that we bought grey sheets to match we love it.

because this comforter set is much better than I expected

I don't often write reviews because most things arrive and are as described. I'm making an exception in this case however, because this comforter set is much better than I expected, especially for the price. It's well made and very soft, and is light enough for summer. The best part though, is that it fits my California King bed. I can't tell you how many comforter sets I've bought that profess to fit a CalKing, but don't. In the past, I've had to resort to pulling a too-small comforter to one side, so that the side you see when you walk in the room looks okay, but leaving 3 inches of comforter on the side you don't see. This comforter fits perfectly!

Better than expected so far

Oddly better than expected. Light and warm. I had a million to pick from my a Christmas gift and this was a hit. Normally when guys pick this sort of thing out it had better be Prime and you had better keep the box. In this case not only did it go on the bed it has stayed there and it looks great. Not sure if it will last, but not much does under the dog but for the price who cares? We have noticed that it is light but quite warm and it breathes. I cleverly bought a king for a queen bed...

So soft!

As others have pointed out, the color is not cream or white as in the picture, but a light gray, and it is beautiful! The material is soft and I absolutely love this set. I purchased a light lavender sheet set to go with it and it looks amazing. Haven't washed the comforter yet (a little nervous to do so as I'm not sure how it will hold up), but I would recommend purchasing this item to anyone who might be on the fence about it.

A Big Yowza!!!

This is the second Madison Park Palmer 7 Piece Comforter Set I bought. It's that fabulous! I don't know what the magic is, but this comforter manages to keep you cool when it's warm and warm when it's cold. Everything in the set is really well-made and really good-looking. And what you get for the price is unbeatable. Currently looking for a third bed just to give me an excuse to buy another set.

The spread is big enough

I read some reviews that said the cover was not big enough. I have a tempurpedic mattress that is at least 12 inches thick, and the cover is absolutely adequate on a queen size mattress. Falls well below the bottom of the mattress by a couple inches on both sides and the foot of the bed. It is very soft, extremely lightweight and yet is nice and warm. I really love this set.

Just what I wanted.

This is just like the description... Colors were right on... Well made.. The sheets soften up nicely after a wash or 2... The comforter has been through the wash 3x now... Not a problem at all... Well made, no loose stitching. Very happy with this purchase... Highly recommend. Not a particularly warm comforter... Pretty light weight, but it isn't at all flat.... Well stuffed... Really happy with this purchase

I really like this comforter set

I really like this comforter set. I got the red one and I love the new look of my bedroom! The colors are true to the picture, and it is very fluffy. It is so soft. I washed it upon receiving it. I let it dry for one cycle in the dryer and then hung to dry. It is very comfortable, but does get a little hot! So far I love it, but I have only had it for a week now. I'll update about durability when I have it longer.
