Great for the Classroom!!

Purchased this for my classroom to use to get student's attention. It is working like a charm! They have not seen the remote so they think it is magic that the sound happens when I need them to be quiet. Press it one to two times depending on the noise level and their voices are off! Also, I ahve have used it to signal a change for when they are working in stations. They heard the chime and moved quickly to their next rotation. Highly recommend for teachers! I ordered the pink and was worried it would be different from the picture. But the color is spot on and is a nice pink color.

Attractive doorbell, great selection of sounds (52 to choose from). Super easy to install and setup.

Very easy to set up. Simply plug in the receiver unit to 110V outlet, and press the music button on the side to select your preferred bell tone (52 to choose from). Pull the small strip of paper sticking out of the push button to allow battery to make connection. Remove the plastic film on one side of the 3M Velcro fastener, and apply the velcro to the button. remove the plastic film on the other side of the velcro fastener, and stick the button near the entrance door. The button comes with battery installed, and replacement battery is a Energizer 1.5 Volt E90 N battery, similar to ones used in your garage door remote opener device. Here is an improvement idea on the install of the doorbell. I cut some velcro to the size of the doorbell button. That way I can remove the button easily for pressure washing the front porch. Really liked the selection of colors, we settled on the Beige model.

Was great while it lasted

We received this doorbell in January of 17. Installation was simple, everything was great. About 16 months later, it stopped ringing. I replaced the transmitter battery, but turns out the receiver is dead. It wont chime when it is plugged into an outlet, even when I push the button on the side. So while it worked, it was awesome; dying 16 months later, not so much. **edited to clarify** I did not purchase the protection plan, or this could have been corrected. I am still going to buy another SadoTech doorbell, I am just going to add the protection plan as well. They are amazing for the price, and things go wrong sometimes.

Simple, Easy and Works Well

I installed this wireless doorbell so it could be heard in an addition to the rear of my home. A wired version was not an option. The SadoTech doorbell has met my expectations. The physical install was simple and took less that 10 minutes. I used the included screws to mount the button outside which was straight forward therefore I can't review the adhesive mount. The unit gives numerous tones, songs and sounds as options. Programming the unit was simple and easy to complete. The distance between the button and the receiver is approximately 40 feet and goes through 3 walls. The unit has performed flawlessly and I would recommend it to anyone in the same circumstances.

Doorbell for back yard

Seems like a pretty cool product. Just rec’d It and simple to plug n play. Battery comes installed and just have to remove the tab, so that’s nice and easy. I mounted the switch on concrete wall at the front door. The switch is small and you have to drill out the holes in the plastic, which is easy, but you have to remove the cover so the whole mother board is exposed so you want to be careful. You can choose to use the double sided tape supplied, but it cautions not to install the switch on metal surface because it could cause interference with the system. As far as a quick, simple device, it’s perfect so far. The bigger piece gets plugged in to a socket, so mine in in the lanai and I’m gonna get an electrician to install a separate plug, to save place for other plugs. On the switch, I’m ordering some cut vinyl lettering ‘Ring Pool Bell’ in tiny font, so people will know it’s for out back. This item is a game changer where we otherwise can not hear the doorbell at all. It is makes for a great call button. Will see how it holds up w time, but with some extra effort, it appears to be a great solution to extend our doorbell needs, with reasonable cost, so it’s worth it!

As a preschool teacher I am using this in our classroom as an attention grabber to refocus when the class gets loud or wild. There is so many different tunes it plays. It works great. I super glued the clicker to a cloth pin and have it on my lanyard. It plugs it and is loud enough to be heard there is a volume control to make it a bit quieter if needed which was nice.

Great Doorbell and so easy to set up!

Doorbell works so well! It had to go pretty far in my house and I really didn't think it would work, but it was loud and clear. It was very reasonably priced and arrived fast. I wish the tape stuck better, but I was trying to stick it on bricks and it fell off. When I put it on a painted wood gate it stuck just fine. Some people were upset that you had to go through all the different sounds to get to the one you liked, but I didn't find that a problem at all. This doorbell was super easy to set up and worked in minutes. Great product so far!

Easy to use!

I use this in my classroom as a way of getting the students to come back together as a group or just quiet down for further instructions. We all love it! They especially like it when I have changed the tune! Just wish they had more tunes and fewer doorbells.

Found a good doorbell.

Easy to install, different volume settings, can pair front and back to same sound, Battery only needed for outside button (not indoor chime),only problem is fighting with my wife over which of the 50 odd sounds to use. Bought a cheap one at the local big box store, waste of money, this one is worth spending a little more on.
