One of the most comfortable headsets I've owned.
The reason I purchased the Jabra Steel is because I'm hard on headsets. I've had three in the past two years. This is the only one I know of that has a 5-year warranty and is made tough. It's also very comfortable, no problem with it staying in my ear. I do use the ear hook although you don't have to. Two things I wish they could improve on. I wish it had a volume control. If you're in a noisy environment, voice commands are iffy and the button is too small and hard to push. Voice output is excellent! I drive a convertible and not once has anyone had a problem hearing me, or I hearing them.

Great so far
I’ve had it for a couple weeks and love it. Let’s see how long it lasts

Worth your money
I bought my first Jabra steel 4 years ago. I am a paint contractor and I needed to have the ability to take calls while I use my hands at work. It was also a bonus that I could listen to music too. I started to notice it wouldn’t charge up to its 6 hour talk time a few months ago so I bought another one. The old one is still used, but instead of having to charge it during lunch I just swap them out. I don’t have any complaints about the Jabra steel.. it’s always done what I wanted.

Works Great
This was a replacement because I had lost mine. It works great, I think it works better than my old one, which I got at a electronics store. Got it at a great price on sale. Good service and they delivered as promised. Fabulous.

Given all the bad reviews I felt I needed to do one for ...
Given all the bad reviews I felt I needed to do one for this. I’m a tech consultant so I live on the go. I have a nerve issue at my elbow that causes my hand to go numb after 10 minutes of holding a phone to my ear so I have used a lot of bluetooth headsets. This one was to replace a lost Moto Whisper. This unit so far works fine for me. I really wish the audio was louder, but I have that issue with all headsets. I think its funny that you can go to a club or movie theater and the audio is so loud you can’t even think, but your phone gives you a warning if you turn it higher than some lawyer thinks it should go. Its maybe a touch louder than my Moto was. I really think this is a phone issue not a headset issue. I can still hear in the airports and other noise areas. Bluetooth range seems about normal as well. Beyond this I will say that I like the button placement. Most of the units I have used like to put the buttons right over the ear entrance. So when you push on the button it shoves the unit into your ear. This one is off set so you don’t get that issue. I so love the mute button as well. Lack of audio controls is odd, but I like it. If you don’t know bluetooth call audio is in sync with the phone. Unlike music audio where the headset and phone are independent. I always have mine at max so I never used the audio controls anyway. Lastly I will say this is the first headset I could use without the ear loop. I hate ear loops as they are impossible to deal with in pockets. I hate the unit following out of my ear more so I use them. Very happy this one will stay in my ear without it. All things considered, its a good unit and I will not be returning it.

A good product at a fair price.
It's a Jabra, so I know it's going to work well. Nothing more to add.

Great audio. Comfortable. Durable. Light weight.
I've used Jabra Steel for about a month now and the only concern I have is the charging port cover. The little piece holding it on after opening for charging is rather thin. Otherwise, this earpiece exceeds my expectations.

Low volume
Great durability. Battery life is low compared to today's average. Also, low volume with now way to control it other than the phone.

Well worth the money
Super happy with it. I'm on the phone a lot for work as I travel. Bluetooth in my '17 Outback doesn't work great on the interstate, so I bought this for talking while driving. Great at canceling road noise as well as music/ crowd noise when working out of coffee shops. Fit is great, and I don't even have to use the ear loop. Battery typically lasts 3 or 4 days for me. Interface and connectivity are easy.
