Audio dropping on calls... (Updated 4-26)

Just received the 2 pack and am concerned. Have started experiencing dropping of audio on calls. It has happened on both sets. I am hoping it isn't the headphones but everything points to an issue with them. It has happened when paired with computer and also when paired with a phone. Of course, they don't play music as others have reported. (Update 4-26) The company immediately responded to my review and sent a replacement headset which has worked great! Their customer service is awesome! I highly recommend this product from this company (Mpow)!!!

11-28-2017 UPDATE After I submitted my review I was contacted by customer service saying that they were going to send me an updated headset to try. After trying it out I now LOVE them! So the issues I listed below are non-existent. The design is much more sleek and guess what, you can listen to other sounds (music, videos, etc) besides calls! The talk time, staying connected and wind noise are a thing of the past. I had my husband roll down all the windows in the car while he was driving and I heard only his voice! They are comfortable on the ears too. After testing out the new ones they sent me another pair to replace the other one. Great customer service for sure! I use mine with my tablet and my husband uses his with his phone. We have tried darn near every type of headset for him and they never worked right and broke easy so I was happy when I found this type of headset. It fits his head ok but the earpiece is too small and tight on his ears so he doesn't keep them on long. It has 3 major problems. 1. Talk time is definitely NOT 12 hours more like 4-6 hours. My husband has to consistently recharge it and he doesn't talk on it for hours at a time maybe a 30-40 min conversation. 2. It doesn't always stay connected to his phone which is the whole reason for having this. 3. These are NOT good when the wind is blowing (even just a little bit) or you have the windows down in your car all you can hear is the wind. Other than that the noise reduction is very good his voice is very clear and he doesn't have to talk loud for people to hear him.

Obsessed with this headset- game changer!

I have one in the office, and one in the kitchen. I don't know how I got along without them! Now I can speak hands-free so I can be working/cooking/cleaning, etc. No more being hampered by a cell phone stuck to my hand or shoulder. LOVE.

I have use other type of bluetooth head set and this one works for me best. I had tried the mini plug into the ear. I have the horseshoe type that hanging on my neck. I had the wiring around the back of my head. I had the type that hanging around my ear. Finally I setting with this one. Pro: - The phone call quality is clear without much noise and the connection is stable. The horseshoes type, something the down jacket cover the speaker and the other party cannot hear me talking. - The battery size is big enough to support many phone calls throughout my day. On my previous head set, once the battery drops to a certain level, the phone call starts to break and the call is noisy. Talking on BlueTooth seems like a power consumption process and the battery goes fast. - The soft sponge is easy on my ear even when I wear it for a long hour during driving. - The phone on/off button is easy to reach. The horseshoe type that hanging on my neck, sometime the headset is cover inside my down jacket and I have to search for it. - The metal structures is good for me. I have Cats at home. The horseshoe type has wiring on the headset. The last one I have, my Cat bite on the wire and now the headset is my Cats' toy. - I am wearing glasses. The bluetooth that has a weight hanging on my ear won't work for me. The bluetooth and the glasses, end up too much combine weight on my ear. This one has all the weight hanging my my head. - The talking microphone is extended out and next to my mouth. This enable me to talk to the other party even in windy and noisy environment. - Finally, this item is cheap and fit my budget. Cons: - It is not cool looking. My wife gives me a funny smile whenever she saw me put this on my head. If you don't care about the look, this is something that does all you expect from a bluetooth phone call headset.

Highly Recommended Product!

This product is AWESOME!! We needed something like this without having to pay $150 for a name. Very reliable, comfortable ear-piece and the soft rubber on the other side makes a soft ware. Thank you! I will certainly be purchasing more of these some to have in stock to give to friends who are constantly on the road and work from home. Oh, Also my husband who is a driver walked away from the truck, he was inside a warehouse approximately 40-50ft" from the phone and was able to answer and hear me. He was totally elated... Yup! we like this product :)

Very pleased!

Received exactly what was advertised and in new condition. The headsets were packaged well to protect during shipment. I ordered the 2 PK so I could use one at two different locations for my business and not have to carry one back and forth. Too, I wanted to sync the Bluetooth headsets to both my HP ENVY 360 laptop for VOIP calling and my Samsung Galaxy S4 cell. After a little work I was able to do just that. The secret is to make sure that you hold the multi-use button long enough for the lamp to blink continuous red/blue. This is when the headset is sending the signal for each device to detect. My cell allows me to rename each headset (1 & 2) but my laptop won't. I wish it would but it's not a big deal. Both headsets tested great with excellent sound quality for both me and one called, back ground noise cancellation and listening volume. The multi function button takes a little getting use to for answering and disconnecting from calls. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied. The price is very good for the quality!

Mpow Pro Bluetooth Headset

So far I am really enjoying these headsets. The purchase was for me to use when working from home. The reviews seemed to be mixed, but what I can say from my own personal experience is that the Bluetooth was very easy to sync up with my Samsung Galaxy S7 phone, the headsets charged quickly via USB and the charge lasted several hours, they have good quality sound to both me and the callers, they seem to have a good distance range which was important because I wanted to be mobile around the house, are comfortable to wear, and I liked that it was a good deal for a set of 2.

The sound quality was very good. Both headsets broke the first week. The plastic that attaches to the metal arm that goes over your head broke. I'm pleased with the sound quality but the plastic is very weak. would not buy again. Company delivered a new set which seem to be much bettter! Thank you for the great customer service.
