Definitely worth the money!

It was hard to not smudge it, but thats to be expected when trying to get baby's prints. I was actually able to use the ink pad 8 times (one set of footprints and three tries at his hand prints) and there still seems to be quite a bit left, so you can practice several times to get it right. It does smear afterwards, but not as bad as I expected, and I just put clear packing tape over the prints to preserve them. Overall its better than the hassle of regular ink pads, and so worth it to be able to look back in the future at how tiny his hands and feet are now!

NO MESS

Super easy to use! I didn’t realize when I bought this product that it is a no mess product! Basically it has ink on one side of very thin plastic. You put the inkwell ink side down on your paper and then gently press baby’s hand/foot onto the plastic which is facing up. Handprint/footprint comes out super clear and no clean up. One of these is good to do all four handprints/footprints. I even ended up buying this for a friend’s baby shower since it was such a great product.

What a great idea this product is. I was able to place my baby's handprints and footprints on a memory book without getting ink on his hands or feet. you place their hand on the ink pad (plastic side without ink) and when you add pressure to it the inked handprint appears on the intended product (book in our case). I highly recommend it. I used one ink pad for the 4 prints and it doesn't look like it's dried up yet.

Love this product!

Great for baby keepsake! No mess and super easy to use! Baby's hand/foot doesn't come in contact with ink. I recommend waiting until baby is fast asleep before attempting to get a print. It might take a few tries to get that perfect print if your baby tends to move a lot. Mine did and I would recommend buying 2 of these just in case since the ink does run out after a few tries; I would say you can get 4 to 5 good prints before you need a new pad. Also, this only comes with 2 sheets of paper, but I just used my own paper instead. Great gift idea!

We were able to get some really great footprints from our six week old baby

The instructions are a little vague, but it's not rocket science. We were able to get some really great footprints from our six week old baby. The kit comes with two pieces of paper very similar to matte photo paper (nice), but we were also able to get additional impressions by cutting up some card stock. If we tried to get handprints, we might not have had as much luck getting the extra uses. It's much easier to distribute pressure and ink with little feet. I definitely recommend. Good luck!

Perfect for paw prints

I bought this to use in a get well card from the dog. It took all of 3 seconds to get a really great print (the squiggles were from her slightly long nails). No smudging, no loose ink powder falling. I love it! I'm not sure how many prints I can get out of it yet, but there is enough for at least 4 prints of mini dachshund paws. It came with a nice piece of cardstock too which I plan on using for my own dogs. I love that I didn't have to get any ink on their pads because they don't sit still and they looove to lick their paws. Another highly recommended product.

Love this!! Used for my dogs and so easy and mess free, plus they lasted way more than 2 uses, I'm on about my 6-7th use and it's still going strong!

Works well

I used this for my week old daughter's hand and foot prints. It worked well. The prints were clear and it was easy to use. I was able to use it 4 times (It took that many to get a good print off the hands because she kept curling up her fingers). My husband says the prints are too light but I don't agree. I could have pushed harder but I didn't want to irritate my daughter.

They look perfect. On Tuesday

I ordered these and they arrived Monday. My yorkie, Delilah got sick suddenly in early April. I took her prints Monday afternoon. They look perfect. On Tuesday, I took her to the animal hospital in Auburn and she had gotten so bad there was nothing they could do for her. I am beyond devistated right now but also so thankful I found these in time! I will forever have her paw prints.
