I have 8-12 employees at any given time, plus associate dentists, IT guy, janitor, etc. This program is very good, and easy to use. Best is that it keeps good records, that are easy to comb thru. I wish the PTO 'paid time off' functions were better, though; there is a kind of glitch in that if you use PTO for an employee, it won't print the proper PTO hrs left on the check stub unless you close and restart the program. Another small annoyance is that when you select a check to print (or just look at) it always skips down the the 4th check in the list and you have to go back and select the proper check again--maybe I'm doing something wrong? I've used this for at least 3 years and it's never crashed or lost any records! Of course, I back it up just in case,..takes 2 clicks to back up: easy.
