It is built well but make sure you measure your old one. This one is very short and won't fit anything I have but I am going to keep it because I didn't pay attention to the length.

Good

It turns the gas to my fireplace off. We live in Arizona so why our house has a fireplace is beyond me but now I can turn the gas off so the pilot flame doesn't burn. The last thing we need is more heat.

Its a steel key for the gas line shutoff, good weight/quality metal at a good price.

Good design---just what I needed. Ordering was a bit of a guess because it wasn't obvious what size bar it would fit onto. It fit onto my 1/4" bar inside, but I didn't see how it could be used if I had needed to fit it onto a 5/16" bar. Length was just right although it wasn't clear in advance what the 3" length referred to: distance inside I had to reach, distance from inside of the key handle (which must remain outside the hole) to the end of the end of the socket, or distance overall.

Works great. It has not snapped off like the other 2 did as of yet. Much stronger design.

Does the job!

I couldn't find this item at Lowe's, so I turned to Amazon. Great price. Universal fit. Feels sturdy. I needed to quickly replace a lost key and this was a perfect option without running all over town. Thanks!
