AMAZING PAIN REDUCTION!

I have scoliosis and it’s taken a serious toll on my posture and my lower back. My pain got so bad I couldn’t even bend over- getting up out of bed was an excruciating process. As I didn’t want to take the chiropractic or surgical route, I tried this out for relief because of the amazing reviews I read. I have good days and bad

I have a herniated L4 L5...tried everything I can find to avoid surgery. I have good days and bad. But in the 2 weeks I've had and been using this product I've had NO bad days!! Very well made and the design really stretches may lumbar.

5 minutes to back pain relief!

I suffer from lower disc compressions. Yard work which I enjoy, will normally incapacitate me for the rest of the day. This device is quick and effective and gets me back standing upright again with no pain. I normally resort to my inversion table or my TENS unit when it gets real bad but this unit is now my new go to. It takes some getting used to but you will find that sweet spot rather quickly. I highly recommend this device.

Great product - great value

I was a little worried when I saw the raised pattern for the foam - that it might bother my back but actually not at all. I know it may not work for all people but it worked for me - I used it for stretching and my back felt 1000x better. Since I've recieved it I try to use it daily just a for a few minutes to stretch out my back - and it helps more than just stretching alone for back pain. I can honestly say since recieving this that my back pain has almost disappeared. If you are thinking about trying it please do - it was absolutely worth the price because of how much it helped me.

OBSESSED!

OBSESSED! It's like yoga stretching without the yoga. I work in an office and sit for most of the day so I have chronic back pain in various spots. Opened this puppy and immediately felt the benefits after using it for only a few minutes. I like to do my upper back as well and it also feels great. Now if only it could align your spine at the same time!

It hurt like crazy while I was on it

I have degenerative disc disease with multiple bulging discs in lower back. I was verging on calling a surgeon last week because I have been dealing with continuous pain for years. Not to mention I haven't gotten a full nights sleep in years because of shooting nerve pain when I lay down. I received Solidback 4 days ago. I could barely walk that day from doing yard work. I tried it out for 10 minutes. It hurt like crazy while I was on it. But when I was done and I got up, I could actually walk. Can"t live without!

I had a disc problem and received a physical therapy twice a week. It improved the back pain after several treatments; however, the condition stopped there and did not improve.
