The U5 Wireless Microphone did not function when I got it. I had tried many time to make it work with voice amplifier but failed. I had told Winbridge and got replacement the next day after confirming with me by email. Their service is excellent. Thank you.

An answer to my prayers

I ordered this portable speaker system for my husband who has a very soft voice due to Parkinson’s Disease. This is the third system that I have tried for him and by far superior to any other system for his needs. The speaker is very good quality and very powerful and the mic doesn’t produce feedback. It was confusing at first to pair the handheld mic to the speaker but once you figure it out it works every time and has improved our lives by making communication so much better for my husband. Thank you for making a great solution for a very frustrating handicap.

A very well made portable speaker with great sound.

Love this speaker, it is actually a little larger than I expected but this is definitely not a problem. It surprised me that it was also a lot heavier than I expected which made me feel that this is a very well made little speaker. The sound out of such a small speaker is surprising. It made my music sound awesome with really well balanced treble and bass tones. My kids are using portable speakers all around the house for listening to their music and now in my car as well since my aux outlet broke and they can't use an aux cord to listen to their music in my car. This little speaker is so good we made it the car speaker for all the kids to use. The shape, size and weight of it means it can easily sit on the console and won't go rolling off and it easily tucks inside the console when not in use. I think this is a great speaker and it's already getting a lot of use from the kids.

Much Better than I expected.

The packaging is excellent, suitable for storing all the stuff for a good while. The main speaker unit has a very good build quality. Shiny black, good buttons for controlling and easy to reach. Very substantial. I was kinda shocked. A bit heavier than I expected. The microphone has a nice heft to it and is good size. There are 2 chargers, one for the mic and transmitter, and one for the main unit. The headphone mic plugs into the unit and is pretty good quality. There is a pager-sized transmitter to use with the headset if you want to place the unit say in the center of the room and transmit some distance from the unit. Don't think I'll ever need this feature. The instructions are OK, tiny font and typical foreign translation, but adequate. Initial testing has sound quality and volume is good. The neck strap has chintzy clips, but that can always be remedied. No comments on the use of USB and TF inputs. Glad I spent a few bucks more for this one. Also the ability of 2 people being able to use the unit at the same time is a big deal. Also just paired my Android phone to the unit to play music. Excellent. 1st usage. The unit performed as good as I expected. After 2 hours of continuous use, one person on the hand mic and the other with the headset, it was only down to half charge. Volume was very good using the hand mic, not as good with the headset, but certainty good enough. The hand mic got static after about 50 feet of separation. I had it hung from my neck like a necklace so I could use the controls and had a Ziploc bag over the unit as the tour ended up in the rain. The bag did not seem to materially affect the volume. Very satisfied.

It's a professional piece of equipment that gives you a quality crispy clear digital sound.

It served its purpose for my singing engagement in small venues it's also excellent for public speaking . I like the different ports on it especially USB port where I can put my music on a flash drive .

For everyone out there looking for a portable amplifier that really works, this is the one. The amplifier is made of heavy plastic that is not flimsy, and that includes all the other components included in the box. The handheld microphone is awesome. You could easily make a presentation to a group of 30-50 people and be heard clearly. The headset somewhat less in terms of projecting your voice, but still very good compared to the ones I've had in the past. The customer service is excellent. If you have any kind of complaints just email WinBridge and they will respond promptly and resolve your issue. I recommend this company without any reservations. Most real looking electronic candle there is!

Didn't receive two tone, mine are solid Aqua. I received 8, they work in my house, I am not going to return. I have 22 candle expressions candles( now 30) love them!! They have a real looking wick, not the little fake flame that is like a little bulb. The timer is awesome, I set mine for dusk, I never come home to a dark house. The batteries In candle impressions provide a lot more hours than any other brands I've used. There's no flame, I put in bookcases, inside glass vases, tulip shaped candleholders, inside China cabinet, and great for guest bathroom, company doesn't walk into a dark space and search for light switch, kids rooms if they don't like the dark.

I had to send my first one back as some parts did not work for me, customer support tried to help, but in the end, it was returned. The second one came right away, and I am thrilled, it works and I have used it in a demonstration already.. easy to use, and can not fault customer support.. this is a great microphone/s for very little expense.

Testing 1, 2, 3, Testing

I was a storyteller for ghostly haunts in my hometown for a library fundraiser. My station for telling the stories was from the front end of a caboose on display at a historical society. It was about 40 that night and my newly purchased unit worked flawlessly through five, twenty-minute renditions. The unit was on continuously for three hours in that chilled night and the unit's battery could easily have gone three more hours or longer and the microphone still had two-thirds of its 2 AA battery life left. Well pleased and eliminates the need for borrowing big sound equipment for small jobs. It saved my voice from shouting for all to hear. My testing 1,2,3 was a total success.

Highest quality sound on any of our portable voice amplifiers

Use for for school tours at our farm. The amount of amplification of this unit is tremendous; I get around 50 ft! Got a lot of fancy stuff on it I haven't used yet, but will figure out a use for I'm sure.
