This has become my all-in-one pan. French onion soup, it caramelizes the onions beautifully. Used it cook the rib roast and whole onions. The onions cooked beautifully and had some char. However, the roast didn't have all the char on the bottom for the gravy like the cast iron skillet. No worries, add the flour to brown, which it did quickly, and had delicious beautiful gravy. It's easy to clean, not too heavy to lift out of the oven with a rib roast. Looking forward to many years and meals with this pan.

I'm glad to get this new Saute Pot from Amazon...it's a great deal @ $28.30 I like it now. It has a glass top with a hole to let the steam out and a better flat bottom so it won't tilt, also most other saute pans prices range up to $199 but this is as good of better. In case any body cooks oh yeah I found never raise the heat too hot or it will ruin the saute pan I learned that the hard way LOL.

Was looking for a good sauce pan to replace my really old teflon one. For me non-stick is very important, but now that we know teflon is toxic, I look for products that are safe. I love that this one has non of the cancer causing chemicals that most pans have. Most will say they do not contain one or two types of known carcinogens, this one kicks off the top four worst chemicals. I would use cast iron, but the pans are just too heavy for me to be happy with them. This was the perfect happy-medium! Hopefully it will last! Will update if it doesn't.

I love this pan, I had a hard time trying to find a pan that was big enough for my needs (5lbs of hamburger meat) which was also induction friendly that comes with a lid period I finally found this one and am very happy with the purchase. It is very well made the lid fits perfect. The steam hole for the lid is awesome. I followed the instructions and seasonrd the pan before use, I wash it by hand most of the time but about once every 5 times I do wash it in the dishwasher, and have no problem at all.

This pan (and the other one I bought like it from the same company) arrived at my place very quickly and in good shape! I didn't realize it was so big until I got it. And so as a result of the bottom being too big for the 5" stove coil, I ordered a portable stove that has a big enough coil to work with these very nice pans. So all and all, things are working out pretty good and I'm glad I got these pans and am especially happy about not having toxic chemicals leach into my food like I suspect my old ones might have been doing.

These cookware by Ozeri are really the best on the market. Easy to clean and promotes more healthier cooking because you only need a slight shot of any cooking oil. This is my third purchase. I am slowly going to buy one of every one of them. They come with these felt liners to prevent you from scratching them when you stack them on top of each other.

I have several Ozeri Stone Earth pans and really like them. Prior to these, I used to shop kitchen supply stores to get better quality non-stick pans, but these seem even more durable than those. If I had anything negative to say about this, I wish it was just a bit bigger. It was purchased to replace an old chicken fryer that we'd hung onto for years simply for those times we needed a REALLY big saute type pan. This pan is just a bit smaller and I debated about keeping it since the point was to replace that old pan. In the end, I kept this and tossed the old one, but it was bitter-sweet.

I waited a few months to see how it holds up and so far it has made my cooking/frying so much easier! I love this pan. I was looking for something that doesn't have harsh chemicals in it! Food doesn't stick, it is easy to clean, it doesn't scratch easily, the handle doesn't get hot, glass cover is also easy to clean. I have been recommending it to others as it truly is one of the best out there. I am planning to buy a smaller size one soon.

I have had this pan and a similar frying pan for about six months and they are awesome. So easy to clean. I was very disappointed when my supposedly non-stick 13” Calphalon sauté pan turned into the hardest to clean pan I own after a year and a half of almost daily use. The previous frying pan I had had had been a grocery store by, probably with a coating that was terrible for workers and the environment, but it lasted about 10 years without any sticking. These Ozeri pans seem on track to be similar - have not shown any signs of decreased non-stock-ability over six months, despite almost daily use and all different levels of heat.

This stone pan is awesome! It has me changing all my pans to stone. I have this pan and the smaller 10" one that I use everyday. I hope that Ozeri makes pots next! I looked and only found the 2 pans I already own. I would buy the pots too! I have the nonstick pots from food network and four years later they are starting to loose there coating. From my understanding this is bad for me that's why I love the stone pans! I still have a cast iron for cooking that needs started on the stove then moved to the oven. But if Ozeri makes something to replace it I would buy it! I recommend these stone pans!
