Arrived new and worked flawlessly!! Great, simple flip phone for someone who needs an easy phone. It has large numbers also.

Break proof!

Had it for konths and it hasn't broken yet! Definitely heavy duty. The sound quality on calls is great but could be better with media. Great product for construction workers and those who tend to be accident prone

Good, loud ring tone

I bought this product used for $100. I have at&t ...Verizon wanted $85 and At&t wanted $418. The phone arrived in 5 days. At&t said everything worked well but the sim was hard to install. Ringer is loud but works well for the hearing impaired. Use a pouch...in your pocket it pushed a button and beeps but is still best flip I've owned. If you are worried about fat fingering the buttons...don't...the keys are larger and are easy to see.

Everything i want in a phone

I simplified from an iphone to this flip phone and 100% happy with it. Unlike the rest of the people in the review section, i had no problem setting up the phone at an AT&T store. I had to manually enter all my contacts from my old phone, but didnt mind it (as it allowed me to stay minimal with my contacts). The ringer is loud when someone calls or texts me. No louder than any other phone. The call quality is clear and also the speaker is too and I’m very happy. It’s everything as described and i couldnt be happier. Would definitely recommend.

Application Specific Phone & MMS Device

Great phone for what its intended for, phone traffic. It has the ability to message, email and surf, however as other comments suggest, this product is best suited for phone and MMS applications. I am pleasantly surprised that I look forward to carrying this instead of worrying if my case for my smart phone is suitable or where to put the flat brick in my clothing or I would imagine for females, a small purse. It is a complete package, I am not sure the two operational switch features on top of the unit are good or bad. Chances of a butt call go up with this phone if carried in a pocket. Battery life for me can stretch to three days, long calls or frequent use will require daily charge. Only con for me: this is a wide product when closed, just under 2.5cm or 1". Tight fit clothing wearers should procure belt holder or similar. I had problems with the first vendor selected on Amazon delivering the order, Amazon addressed my frustration and recommended a successful supply option. Good work by the CS agents at Amazon!

One Happy Farmer

I bought this phone for my Dad who is an outdoors man, that works on a farm with loud machinery. He can actually hear the phone ring and carry a normal conversation without repeating everything over and over. The battery life has been exceptional so far and he is very happy with the ruggedness of this phone.

Rugged phone

This phone is amazing!! Its a tough phone. It will last a long long time!! I got this for my husband, who is in construction, and he is hard on phones. Its thick, yet slim and very durable. The sound is louder than most phones. That's good, because he has some hearing lose. Bright light and easy to read numbers. The price is very reasonable too. I would highly recommend this phone, if your looking for a good flip phone. M G
