Great item. Very functional and easy to use. Note that with the one I got, the mechanism to tighten the arm so that it doesn't sag isn't what is indicated in the directions, but is instead just an easy to tighten screw on the side of the arm, rather than on the underside like directions say to use. Once I figured that out, it worked perfect.

This tablet mount is great for mounting my Surface Pro 3 to my desk

This tablet mount is great for mounting my Surface Pro 3 to my desk. I'm using the clamp set-up (also comes with more permanent mounting hardware) and have noticed less movement with this mount than in my monitor. The weight adjustment screw is frustrating but once it has been adjusted, this thing is rock-solid. Would definitely recommend it for Surface owners! One quick note: the assembly hardware (screws and the like) are made with a very soft metal and WILL strip using the included alan keys, so BE CAREFUL not to over-torque them and ALWAYS use a cross-threading technique.

Mounted facing the floor!

I wanted this to mount underneath my desk facing the floor so I could lay down and use it. Works perfectly! I do wish the ball allowed a little bit more rotation but it rotates just enough to angle straight down. I was worried about my surface pro 3 falling out but it's been in there for months without budging, the clamp is very secure. Note: I have a standing desk and to use this way I pretty much have to stand the desk up.

Great swiveling stand for Surface Pro4

I'm using this stand for my SP4 - I had a really hard time finding something affordable that would fit the SP4, and would let me easily switch from portrait to landscape. This stand was easy to set up, holds my SP4 securely, and allows quick adjusting without feeling wobbly. I had to tighten the screw to get it to support the weight of the SP4 without sinking. It's perfectly stable for using as a dual monitor, but not quite stable enough if I want to use the stylus to make notes or drawings, but if I lower the stand to rest on my desk, then it works great for that too.

Great even for larger tablets!

This is a great stand and very sturdy even when holding my large 11 inch tablet. I saw some complaints that it was complicated to install but I had no issues what so ever. As long as you can read and follow directions it is an easy process.

It's sturdy! Doesnt wobble either

Husband is obsessed with this. It's sturdy! Doesnt wobble either. He's tried many others like those bendable thick cords, they never worked out. Only problem is now he's playing his video games in bed.

Best mount ever!

This item is amazing. If you have a lip on your table it works!!! I bought one of those bendy ones before and it broke within 2 weeks. This one moves back and forth and up and down. It holds my tablet and I can use my pencil on my tablet and it barely gives. It is very sturdy and well built. Cannot say enough good things about this. I use it every night when I am on the couch. Would give 6 stars if I could

Works great with Surface Pro 3!

At first the other reviews scared me, but I decided to take a risk and can happily say that I've had zero issues with the arm not being able to hold the weight of a SP3. I can move the arm around, extend/retract, and it works flawlessly. Right now I have the mount tethered to my desk using the vice grip method, like in the default picture and it holds it tightly. I guess the only con would be that there's not much vertical (height) adjustment.

Its the only product in the market that can handle large tablets and 13" laptops, (Yoga-laptop)

This product is fantastic, is so flexible and I take it with me to work remotely. I have it connected to the Asus Zen monitor, 15" this is perfect to work in cafes and work spaces. very solid in its build and easy to assemble. I thing any remote worker or some one who likes to work in a healthy way should consider using this, the Asus portable monitors are the perfect Candidate for this, similar product would work too. best for those who need to work with laptops. AOC I16001FWUx 15.6 should work too. Asus MB169B+ 15.6 full HD would be suitable too.

Perfect fit. Very pleased

This arm mount works well when playing from sheet music downloaded on the kindle. No music stand, turning pages is effortless and I don't smack my guitar against a metal stand. Well designed. Instructions say to attach the swivel head first then the mounting hardware. Should be the reverse. With the head off the arm lays flat and is lighter, once mounted on a desk the swivel head attaches with less effort. Worth the money. Works well. Easily assembled
