Best of both worlds

I've been looking for a product that is for anti-aging AND acne treatment that does not burn my sensitive skin. I found out the hard way that I'm allergic to tea tree oil and when this arrived I had zits that were painful, irritated and swollen; but also flaky and dried out from over-treating. This serum did not burn at all, and the redness was calmed down by the next morning the day after receiving it! My face was also soft and smooth with a slight glow immediately. This product seems to have just the right balance of all the right ingredients for my skin. I've only been using it for two days and I can already tell my skin really likes it. I purchased this product in April and have waited this long to write a review because I wanted to give it time to work. I'm 38 and suffered from constant, cystic acne. My pores clog easy and I'm very oily. I am also bi-racial and scar very easily. Since April I think I've had 3 pimples (all period related) that went away very quickly. That's a miracle. I put this product on at night after my shower and make sure it dries well. I'm still good on product and probably won't be reordering for another few weeks. I only use a small amount everyday. I haven't been more pleased with something I bought on here or ANY store since...well never. Lastly, I did break out the first 1-2 weeks of use. I was nervous and ready to give up but it cleared up and its been smooth sailing since.

I have had acne all of my life and it became horrible after coming off some long term medications. When I went to the dermatologist, she suggested oral antibiotics. I canā€™t believe they still do that! I said no. So she suggested clindomycin topical with benzoyl peroxide. I reluctantly started and it did help. Then I made an appointment to see an integrative dermatologist to see what other options were available. She suggested niacin oil as a topical replacement for the clindomycin. She said a research study showed the niacin (which is vitamin b3) was equal to the clindomycin topical in results. She also suggested a salycilic acid wash. I liked that Eva Naturals had both of these plus the retinol and vitamin c. I have been using it for about a week and stopped the clindomycin/benzoyl peroxide topical. My face is SO smooth. I just saw my friend today and she said my face looks the best she has ever seen it in the six years she has known me. She said my face was glowing. And just for additional info, the integrative dermatologist also suggested Vit D3, Omega 3 fish oil and zinc supplements. And for diet, no dairy, no sugar and no bread. She said of course have your birthday cake, if you want it. Just make your diet is regularly containing nine servings of vegetables and less fruit (so not a lot of sugar). She recommended the Whole30 as a kick start and paleo after. I did get the supplements but not too keen on the no bread thing. But I do believe Eva naturals has made the most difference. Because I believe the supplements would take longer to work and I have been on those supplements before (except for zinc). Anyway, good luck. I can appreciate those of you who have been searching a long time for the right combo! Update: Today is April 11, 2018. Not only is this product still keeping my skin clear and smooth but it has also evened out my skin tone and I have no redness and this is something I had for years. Still a thumbs up!

This Serum REALLY works! I was amazed by the fast results and I feel way more confident with my face and skin. I even cut back on makeup because I donā€™t have blemishes and dark Scars to Cover anymore. Not to mention Iā€™ve ALWAYS had extremely dry flakey skin but this serum makes me glow even family and friends recognized the change and asked what Iā€™m doing different. The picture on the left was the day I started and as u can see the blemishes on my chin, u canā€™t see how red my cheeks and forehead was but trust me I had uneven skin coloring and look at my dark pimple scars on my forehead. Unexpected fast results

I bought this with a different purpose in mind. Have only used it a couple of times but wow this stuff is powerful! Immediate unexpected result -my 11 lines and laugh lines gone. It is nongreasy and you feel skin tighten, even my pores diminished giving me an instant lift. At 1st the smell is not pleasant but it goes away quickly. So my bare faced skin is more radiant. I can't wait to see long term effects.

So I don't normally go out of my way to write a great review, but I felt that I needed to for this product. I have oily/combination skin that is prone to break outs and also hyper pigmentation. My mom is white and my dad is black and I have fair skin, but my scars are very dark. I have a normal amount of acne for a 26 year old woman, nothing insane...but when I do get a spot it sticks around for a while due to scarring. I have tried everything to calm what little acne I have but also attempt to fade dark spots. I have been using this product for about 5 days now and I can honestly see a visible difference. My skin looks brighter and healthier. My acne is minimal and the dark spots are beginning to fade away. I feel like my skin has a bit more glow to it than usual. This is something that has been hard to achieve for me without drastically drying out my skin with acne products. This serum does not noticeably dry your skin out, but I can tell that the skin is sloughing off at a higher rate than normal, revealing new beautiful skin underneath. I have also been using it on the back of my arms, I have KP (chicken skin). Anyone who has this knows how frustrating it is, especially for someone that LOVES to pick at it and scars easily. This serum has already began to clear up my KP and is starting to fade scars that have lingered for several months now. I would highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with skin issues. It doesn't smell wonderful, but it smells MUCH better than any acne treatment you can find. It also leaves the skin just a touch oily, I do find that I have to blot it with a tissue sometimes. But the extra oil is worth it for the results you will see. Sometimes I can feel just a slight tingle on my face and arms so I know that it is working. This may not work for everyone, but it has most def been a blessing for me! And you can't beat the price...

must have for sensitive acne scarred oily prone skin

I am a licensed esthetician who suffers from hormonal cystic acne that leaves horrible scarring on my sensitive skin, my skin has improved so much since i started using this product!!! :) :) for the first couple of weeks my skin purged out any underlying blemishes but afterwards was clearer + smoother than Iā€™ve seen it in YEARS! I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! I love that it not only target my acne scarring with the vitamin c but also soothes the redness with the niacinimide and has anti-aging properties from the retinol AND helps minimize my black heads and pore size with the salicylic acid šŸ˜­ it is the perfect product for my sensitive oily acne prone skin! i stopped using this product for a bit because TBH i was too lazy to order it again and my skin went back to being crap and when i started using it again my skin again looks amazing

Day 1 improvement - seriously impressed

Last night, I got a new face scrubber and in my excitement to use it, I went a little overboard. I opened up the acne on the lower part of my face and basically had a rug burn type of wounds. This morning I realized how bad it really was. I knew this oil would probably irritate the acne/burns but I wanted something that I thought would clean and treat so I put it on, it burned pretty bad but I stuck it out. The directions say to put a moisturizer on afterwards, and when looking for one I came across some AD diaper rash cream so I layered it on top (lol). Itā€™s a weird mix but these are my results after just a 2 hour period of the combination sitting on my skin! Iā€™m 27 and still struggling with acne, I know Iā€™m not the only one, so Iā€™m just sharing what worked for me today to hopefully help someone else. Going to keep using and plan to update this review with further results.

Good Product.

Have been using the serum for the past 3 months. It has visibly reduced the pores on my cheeks and make my skin a bit brighter. My uneven skin tone has also improved a lot, but i still have some more pigmentation left and I am now onto my 2nd bottle. Its very easy to use and has no odor which I like the most. I would surely recommend this to anyone with acne skin, uneven skin tone and pigmentation.
