These Take the Cake!

I'm not a professional by any means, but I absolutely loved these! They were easy to use and fairly easy to clean. Plus it comes with a little guide that shows you which tip does what. The case is fantastic and helps you keep them organized, the piping bags are a little difficult to get clean, but what should you expect. As far as reusable piping bags go, they were easy to clean. There is also a great variety of tips to use and as someone who loves to experiment, it's perfect for a starting baker, or even a hobby baker.

I'm a beginner!

First of all... this is my first time using cake decorating tools so I notice my errors. But, it was so easy to use and clean! My kids love the taste of my cakes but now they love the look too!!

Work great

So I bought these for a cookies that I needed to get done for my baby shower and honestly I didn't get up using them, not because they don't work, but because it was so much easier to put the royal icing in plastic baggies and snip off a little tiny piece in the corner and throw away when I was done. I do like this set though, I will definitely be using in the future for birthday parties that I know I will be making cakes and cupcakes for in the future for our new little one.

A fantastic starter set for all kinds of confectionary decoration.

I love these tips because they do the job and then some. The ONLY thing that I wish they had included in this set were the LARGER tips that you can use to frost cupcakes in the blink of an eye with a big swirl and move on. I was able to make use of the smaller tips to FILL cupcakes with goodness that was hidden beneath the decorative frosting on top of the cupcakes I made and they cleaned up like a dream. I used disposable piping bags rather than the silicone reusable bags that were included in the set because I wasn't in the mood to take care of that, but with the decorating tools for flat cakes and the rose piping pick that they give you, you can let your creative muse loose! Plus,anything that doesn't LOOK quite perfect is still going to taste delicious! This is a great set and incredibly easy to use. Believe me, I had never used a piping bag or tips before I cracked into this set and people didn't believe that the cupcakes I made weren't store bought. They are really wonderful and the pricing was spot on.

Feel like a pro

I had so much fun once I got this set. I feel like such a pro. I watched a couple videos on how to ice cupcakes and just went to town. I feel like I have every kind of tip I'm ever going to want or need plus way more. It was easy to swap out the tips to try out different designs. I love having the reusable bags. Everything was easy to clean. One thing I do wish is that there was room for the bags inside the box. I feel like once I put in the slats and the tips, I couldn't really pack in the folded bags as there was very little space on top. I didn't want to squish them in in case they got ripped.
