I've been using these mats for years and love them. They make cleanup so much easier because foods don't stick at all. This particular brand also features some handy reference tools like measure conversions and even a template of concentric circles for making pie crusts and mini pies, etc. These are a must have for any kitchen.

Really saves on parchment paper.

I bought one of these for my daughter in law, just to see how it worked. My son had gotten her two 2/3 size cookie sheets and of course the half sheet Silpat liners she has don’t fit. She loves it. Says the cookies came right off, wash up was a breeze and the sheet doesn’t have the slimy feel that Silpat does. So I’m getting another one so she can use both cookie sheets.

Great mat. Delivered quickly. I really like the measurement conversions printed on it. This 2/3 size fit great in my cookie sheets. Also nice to have on the counter to work with baking items. I'll probably buy the full size one for that.

Love the silicone Mat

I have really large cookie sheets and this is the closest I could come to getting one to fit my baking sheet. It could stand to be a little wider but can live with it. I like that I am not adding to the land fills with used parchment paper.

Totally worth the price.

I bought one of these a year ago and when I got two more huge sheet pans I realized I wanted two more of these. Food browns so beautifully (unlike other silicone sheets I own) and clean-up is so easy. If you're doing multiple batches of cookies you can re-use the pan forever with a quick swipe of a paper towel if it gets a little messy. Looking forward to the holiday baking this year!

Really nice, assuming you don't have something like this already.

It makes baking a lot nicer. One thing that discouraged me from baking more often is cleaning up the countertops before and after rolling out dough. These mats are relatively easy to clean and care for and it's large. I haven't tried making a pie crust so I couldn't tell you how helpful the printed guide on it is. ...I guess you wouldn't really need it if you have a large silicone baking mat already, though. The ones I have are a bit smaller than this one.

This is a excelled pasty dough rolling mat!

I love the size of it (it is large with lots of directions for pie dough sizes and other rolls of pastry), it does not slip off my kitchen island surface and so, so easy to clean! Excellent product. I don't have a large enough baking sheet to use this as a baking mat and I really don't need a sheet that large as I have a home kitchen, with a home sized oven. :)

Perfect Fit for 2/3 sheet size.

I was a little concerned after reading a lot of reviews saying this product is too small. Maybe it was named something differently once, but the 2 I ordered are actually perfect fits for my standard 2/3 cookie sheets. I've only used them a few times so far but they've held up well after making pizza on them and freezing things on them, so that's good. I also like the additional guides and lines - I'm sure they'll be useful for cookie placement at a minimum. Overall, I'm excited to have these - they've been great so far.

A great solution for kneading dough on your counter

With an 8 yr old and 3 yr old running around, you never know what ends up on your counter. And no matter how much I clean my countertop prior to rolling dough, I'm pretty sure some bug/germ is being kneaded in. Now that I've started using this mat, I no longer have to worry! The mat is large enough to roll out 4 cups of flour to make pasta dough without flour spilling over. The mat stays put and doesn't slip or move. It's super easy to clean. One nice bonus is the concentric circles printed on the mat, which is nice when you're making pie dough. I haven't used this particular baking mat in the oven, but I've got smaller sizes (from the same manufacturer) that I use when making cookies and this works excellent in the oven with no sticking whatsoever.

Great silicone mat, large and feels very durable..using it to make cookies later on today....but really bought it for dough rolling, cinnamon buns...breads...non stick!!! Will be used throughout the holiday season, just in time!!!
