This thing is AMAZING. I read lots of different reviews on lots of different massagers, and read so many positive ones about this particular massager I decided to take the risk and go with it. Soooo glad I did. I'm a person that gets knots in my shoulders and always has tension in my neck and this miracle gets right down in there. Can be quite painful honestly (in a good way). It goes deep, and I LOVE IT!!! But can also please the more faint at heart.. Everyone one of my friends and family that I've had try it when they come over, LOVE IT TOO! Seriously, it's great. And way cheaper than going to pay for a massage all the time.

Fabulous massager

Most massagers I've used in the past aren't able to provide the pressure I need to work out my tight muscles, but this one totally does! I prop myself up on the couch and lay the massage pillow behind me on my back and let it work its magic. I even used it last night on the back of my legs after my run and it was heavenly. I always get tight in one spot especially in my thigh after a run and I was able to place the massage exactly where the spot was and let it run. I always use it with the heat and it works great.

Super glad I bough one

I don't want to get into a long speech other than to say this is a very handy tool to deal with sore muscles anywhere. Super glad I bough one. The rest written was borrowed, The rotating heads change direction every minute, but once you find a groove you like, and the heads change direction, there is a button you can push to change the rotation back - and then it will stay in that direction for the rest of the cycle. So sometimes when I capture the exact spot I need, I'll set it to stay on that direction and really work that sucker out.

THIS IS THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD!!!

Love is not a strong enough word- I never would have thought that a $40 neck massager could be this good but it literally feels like a person massaging you. WHAT IS THIS WITCHCRAFT!?! I use it for my entire body- feet, calves, thighs, lower back, upper back, neck. My husband is actually jealous of this thing (I've named him Tyrone). Bottom line, YOU NEED THIS!!!!

Awesome Massager

I got this massage pillow after reading all the great reviews on it, and I've been extremely pleased with it. I wanted something powerful for my neck and back pain to use between my massage therapy sessions. This isn't no wimpy massager. It definitely gets to my deep tissue. Another nice feature is being able to control the strength of the massage by either pressing lighter or harder. I love the heat with it to. I would say if you are looking for one to lay down on, this is not it. If you are looking for a deep tissue massager I would recommend this one.

Excellent, Deep Kneading Massage!

The exact words from my girlfriend... *WOOOOAAAHHHHHH* (Huge Relaxing Smile!) Needless to say more, she went BONKERS at just how deep this massager works! She really loved the "Brookstone Gronk Shiatsu Massager" (in the Brookstone Store) because of how deep it penetrated. So we went to a Costco a week later to try out the TruMedic InstaShiatsu (because of the high ratings and reviews), but she was NOT at all impressed with that. She thought it felt like a tease. It was too light and not effective. So by Nekteck's ratings, I decided to give this one a try for her. Let me tell you this, I LOOOOOOOVE what the ratings said and how people described it. I knew it would be great for her, as she really gets her neck kinked up. This Nekteck was 1/4th the price at $39.99 to the "Brookstone Gronk Shiatsu Massager" which is about $160 and about 1/3rd the price of the "TruMedic InstaShiatsu" on here is about $130, but at Costco was $100. Either way, it was WAY less and has a 4.6/5 from over 850 people! So what's to lose right? Let me tell you... this massager, by FAR is one of the BEST DEEP KNEADING MASSAGERS available. The price of it makes it LEAPS and BOUNDS above the rest! This massager is definitely QUIETER than the rest, doesn't require charging and you can use it in your car (with the cigarette adapter plug). If you like a DEEP massage, this IS THE ONE for you!

Excellent massager

This is my third shiatsu massager over the years & by far the best. PROS Delivers gentle heat Strong rotors Flexible/multipurpose - has nice hand grips & you can move it around to where you need it most Car adapter CONS None really, except people who said it's as good as a massage have never had a great massage. That being said, it's excellent for home use.

REALLY REALLY LIKE SO FAR!!!

Purchased to massage a neck and back with many damaged discs and screaming nerves. It is easy to maneuver to different areas on the back and having the arm slots is a game changer over the heavy hard plastic box model from decades ago and which is still sold here and there. This version can be used sitting in a recliner or couch by a person alone. The other style is almost impossible to to use alone except laying flat on the floor with it. Really like the auto direction change but also have the option to keep the rollers going one way if you find that right spot you don’t want to lose. The extra balls are also a big improvement over the old original. The arm bands are long enough you can relax your arms while wearing it. I noticed some other similar devices have short arm slots that keep your arms raised too high to be comfortable for very long and you have to pull with your arms and maintain that tension to press the rollers into your neck or back. With these longer bands the relaxed weight of your arms provides excellent pressure for the rollers against your neck and of course you can pull too if you want even more pressure applied by the rollers to your back. Overall i find this really useful and gives a better quality massage than I was expecting. NOTE: The description plainly says this is not cordless. BUT the owner manual gives “charging” instruction before the first use like you would for something cordless. I thought that was odd. I did not “charge” the unit for 12 hours before first use and always used it plugged into the wall. However on one occasion after wiggling around in my recliner and putting the massager on different areas, I realized it had come unplugged and was still working fine. I don’t know how long it had been unplugged. The unit turns off every 10 minutes or so as it is supposed to anyway and I only had a couple of minutes left in the cycle when I discovered it was not plugged in. It completed the cycle. I intend to experiment with that and see if it truly is cordless as the manual indicates or not as the ad here says. I have not tried it in the car yet. Cordless would be useful in the car.

First it was great, but there were problems, then Nekteck helped, now all good!

I'm at a desk or on a laptop a lot and so my neck and shoulders are often tight. I found this and it seemed like a great value. Turns out, this massager really helps. But after a couple months I had some issues with my massager losing power. I sat it away for a few more months, and then when I turned it back on, the condition was much worse. The strength/power was half of its original shape. Then came Customer support to the rescue. They were wonderful in their response and persistence in fixing my issue. They sent me a new massager and now I'm feeling doubly satisfied because my neck is relaxed and I got great service, more than I even expected!

Great product!

I had a hard time finding the perfect gift for my mom, but luckily as search through Amazon, I found this and thought it would be perfect. And I was right, she loves it and uses it at twice a week. I've even used myself and think it's well worth it. I was a great buy in think.
