I had no problems installing FTM 2014 on my Windows computer...but a notice appeared to upgrade it after I register it. Well, after I registered it, I couldn't find the link. So I got on the Manufacturers web site, and had to send a receipt proving that I bought FTM. Amazon just had an invoice, which was PDF, I sent that anyway, and just a few minutes ago, received the upgrade link. It is downloading as I type.

I was afraid I lost all my research when I got my new computer. The old Family Tree Maker I had used was not compatible with Windows 10. Amazon saved the day!
