Excellent value.

Compared to the Samsung filters which retail for close to $50 each, getting three of the Waterdop filters for under $40 is fantastic. The filter fit my RF32FMQDBSR just like the Samsung HAF-CIN with no leaks and the same flow rate. I will definitely be stocking up on these. UPDATE - 5/4/19: Shorty after installing the Waterdrop filter I noticed that the ice maker was making very little ice. I read a few comments on this same subject in the product's questions section. I changed the Waterdrop for a genuine Samsung filter and the ice maker is full again. I can only surmise that there are some faulty filters in the mix that are restricting water flow to the icemaker. I still have two more Waterdrop filters that will installed when the Samsung is depleted. Then we'll see if it's a consistent issue or not.

Great Alternative

I ordered these for the first time. Back in August, I ordered a Samsung filter, it lasted 6 months (that is expected). This time I ordered the Waterdrop NSF. I received three filters for just about the price of one Samsung. Even if they last a little less time I'm way ahead. This filter is excellent! I popped the old out, put the Waterdrop filter in with no problems or issues. These are a perfect fit for my Samsung. You will need to check fit before ordering so that you get the right one. But order these, they fit and they work!

Fit perfectly, no leaks, and water tastes great.

Not a lot to say here. I was worried with some of the aftermarket water filter reviews, but decided for the price I would take a chance. They arrived promptly, fit perfectly with no leaks, and water tastes great. I've had one of these in my fairly new Samsung French Door fridge for a couple of months now, and no trouble at all. I matched it up the original, and as far as the part that inserts, looks identical. I'm very pleased, and as long as none of them leak, I'll be ordering again when the need arises. Very pleased.

Easy to use great replacement filters

Was a perfect fit for my Samsung french door refrigerator. Easy to remove the old and replace the new one in the fridge. And it comes with a set of stickers you can use to set a reminder for yourself.

Like factory but cheaper

These replacement filters have slight variations from original from Samsung but the cost is much better. They installed as described in Owners manual. The same cautions apply, run the water though the water line until it runs clear and also to get all air out otherwise the water dispenser will leak. Once I did all the above the filter has worked great.

Be patient and enjoy your savings

Great affordable filter replacement for my refrigerator. I bought a Samsung refrigerator from Lowe’s and liked the easy access water filter. I wasn’t too keen on the price of the filter though. Compared to $50 each or 3 for $130at Lowe’s, this is a steal. This filter is slightly smaller in diameter and to me felt a little looser when installing. In the beginning there must have been an air bubble in the filter or line somewhere because after installing the filter, the water dispenser would dribble after every use. It would do this every time. I ran the water for a few gallons and tried to clear the line. This must have helped but didn’t immediately solve the problem. One day shortly thereafter, the dribble stopped and it has worked perfectly since.

Why spend $50 on a LG or Samsung

We have a new Samsung and in our vacation rental a new LG fridge. Lowes / Home Depot both wanted $50 for their filters by the manufacturers. The new LG fridge filter shuts off the water dispenser if it passes 6 months. We had to pay $50 at Lowes as we needed to replace the filter immediately. After some research into the Waterdrop product and reading reviews, we bought 3 of each at a fraction of the price. After 6 months of use in the Samsung there have been no issues (fit / water quality) and I expect the same with the LG. Why pay more??

I have had no issues with these

I read about leaks, etc. In our Samsung side by side I put them in, reset the filter button, and when it turns red I replace it. No issues, no complaints from anyone in the house, exactly what you want in a filter. I wish it would filter out more, but you cannot get those without spending a ton.

Very pleased

Water and ice as good as Samsung OEM filters at a fraction of the cost. Installs easily, just like OEM filters. Other aftermarket filters I've tried had only two O ring seals to prevent leakage, this filter has three just like the OEM filters. I didn't attempt to actually test water flow, but these are rated the same as OEM filters and it appears they deliver on that rating. Secure packaging to prevent shipping damage and delivered two days after order placed. Highly recommend.

We got this for our RF28HFEDTSR and so far so good

I was getting tired of the Samsung brand prices for our RF28HFEDTSR and wanted to try these. First thing I did was compare the look of it to the original one we got with our refrigerator and they looked like the exact same in every way. After installing the first one and running water through it to clear the excess carbon we instantly noticed the taste was a lot better. Now I'm going to spend some time going to go over some of the problems that others have stated that seem like there could be an easy fix. To the people complaining of a taste in their water make sure you run the recommended water through before you drink it and remove the old ice. There's a piece of paper that has instructions and I think it could be left over carbon. To the people complaining that the red filter light didn't turn off after installation, there's a reset button for that. To the people complaining about noise or flow problem, the instructions state there is a chance that it needs to be removed and reinstalled as something isn't lining up. I would also look out for the version that only has one rubber washer as it sounds like a defective model. We got the one with two and so far hasn't started leaking (fingers crossed).
