Perfect LED Bedroom Fans!

Just what we were looking for in our kids bedrooms. Easy to install, love the clean look, no pull chains and very pleased with the way the fan blades attach to fan. Fans are very quiet - true to the Hunter name. I would say these are a little off white - greyish white not a bright white finish but still blend well with our bright white doors and trim. We were very happy with the way the fans "hang" while wiring. In the past you had to hold up or support the fan while dangling on the ladder to install ceiling fans not so any more. Thank you Hunter for this installation process! We also purchased the Hunter (99375) ceiling fan wall switch/control and love that too! It was very easy to install and helps if remotes go missing :) I like to be able to switch fan/light on or off when walking into the room and can leave the remote on the night stand so kids can control when in bed.

This is great for a room with a low ceiling -- Fan moves air well.

It is very difficult to find a low-profile ceiling fan that is really "low-profile." We measured many that made the claim but this one fit the best for our circumstances. The controls are easy to use (though I'm not sure I like putting the remote on the light switch). We have found the fan on 'low' to be just perfect for moving air in the upstairs bedroom, without making things too cold. The installation was easy (if you have a modicum of experience with electrical) and the final result was mounted solidly on the ceiling. Overall, this was a perfect choice for our needs.

They work great! They are very quiet

I purchased 2 of these lighted, remote control fans. They work great! They are very quiet, especially on the lowest setting, which gives a good breeze. I actually just ordered another one, a larger size (54") for another room in my house. These ones are 44" and work great in my 11'x12' room and my 11'x14' room. They are white and blend right in with the 8' ceiling. They come down 11". Also, the light has a dimmer that can be set on the remote. I had them installed by a friend electrician for $100.00 each. I would definitely recommend them.

Installation simple and straight forward, Gives good air movement.

Instructions for installing assembling the fan and connecting the dimming and variable speed modules were not difficult. The integrated light fixture gives the unit a compact look. The LED bulbs adequately illuminate our kitchen when at their brightest and create a nice atmosphere when at their dimmest. Best of all, the fan is barely audible. The heat from the wood stove which is almost under the fixture is nicely circulated through the lower level of the cabin.

Very nice

Have had these for a few weeks now in two small bedrooms (44 inch). They function perfectly and look great. It's a sleek design. They respond every time to the remote control even from two rooms away. Pretty much silent operation. The LED lights are nice and bright and you can dim them with the remote. If the dimming function at first doesn't work do the following (as told by Hunter customer service): * Turn the wall switch leading to the unit off and then on again. * Hold the "0" button down in the center of the remote. * Press the Light button twice. * The blue light on the remote will flash and then after that you can dim the light by holding the Light button down. Note that the blades are pretty narrow and they don't move a lot of air. The lowest level can barely be felt right underneath though the higher levels are fine. If you have a larger room you'll definitely want a larger fan and maybe also one with wider fan blades.

Nice Fan

This is a great little low profile fan. It was surprisingly easy to assemble and it works great. The two standard screw in led bulbs light up the room well and the fan operation is near silent. The only thing I hear is the air moving when on hi speed; on low speed I don't hear a thing. I would definitely recommend this fan.

I knew Hunter was a good brand. I am 100% satisfied

The fan weighs 22 pounds and the initial ceiling mount needs to be rock solid. For my peace of mind I had a professional install the ceiling mount. After that, piece of cake just follow the instructions. Putting in the fan blades is a pain. Each blade requires three bolts with washers. Use one or two bolts without washers, thread by hand to align the bolt holes. Then install bolts with washers...much easier! A light coat of petroleum jelly on the globe notches makes a huge difference too! The two bulbs are LEDs with a life expectancy of 22 plus years! They are rated nine watts each for 18 total. They are surprisingly bright! The fan is in a 12 x 12 bedroom. It moves the air exactly as desired! Very brisk at high speed and quieter than all the other five ceiling fans in the house. I knew Hunter was a good brand. I am 100% satisfied!

Super nice & quiet, good looking fan.

I installed this by myself, which is hard to do no matter the fan, but it wasn't impossible. It looks great, works really well, and it's VERY quiet!!! I love the remote feature. I have this installed in my kitchen, and the wall switch for that fixture also has some nearby can lights on it. I didn't want to put a fan switch there. So I have the main switch as it was (which happens to not be all that near where the fan is), and then I have the remote for the fan on the wall near where the fan is. If I want the fan on, I probably also want my ceiling lights on, since I'd be working in the kitchen. So I turn on the ceiling lights as I come into the kitchen, and then I can turn the fan on if I need to, with the remote. The light on the fan stays "on" for the remote, so it comes on when I use the main switch. But if for some reason I wanted it off, with the nearby can lights still on, I can use the remote to turn it off.

Very easy to install and they work well

Ordered three for each bedroom. Very easy to install and they work well. One malfunctioned after a couple of weeks but customer service had a new remote module to me within only a few days.
