Potty training is going smoothly thanks to this potty chair. I thought I would never get my two and a half year old son interested in using the potty. He helped me pick this out, we ordered it on Amazon, and he got the open the huge box it came in. We made a sticker chart for him, with prizes after every ten stickers (1 for pee, 2 for poo). After ten rows of stickers he has a Duplo Batman set he will earn. Yes, we were that desperate! Any way, when the chair came, we unboxed it and set it in the living room for him to get used to. We quickly found that there is a button on the underside that will play the music without using the potty. He loved to "practice" sitting on the potty and then pushing the button for the noise. My fifteen month old daughter is also incredibly interested in sitting on it. After a few days, we moved on to the actual practice. The first time he did it entirely by himself everyone was caught by surprise. No one even knew he had went to use the potty, but the sound was loud enough to carry throughout the house. Everyone let out a cheer, from my older daughter's room down the hall all the way to the garage. He was so proud of himself, and continues to be very proud whenever he uses it. We are about halfway through the sticker chart now and he only wears pull- ups for naptime and bed, and even then they are mostly dry. I also think my little girl will be potty training sooner than later because of this potty. This potty is perfect for them to learn how to go on their own while you do your own thing, yet you are aware when they need your help.

We love this potty chair. It's light and easy to carry around, but sturdy. I wasn't sure if I would like the musical sounds, but I love it because I can know instantly when my son goes potty! He likes it too, but not as much as I thought he would. The tray is easy to empty and clean.

This seat is perfect! It cleans up easily, and is not so lightweight or small that it becomes a toy for her. The seat part itself comes off to use on a regular toilet, The bowl insert is large and removes easily for cleaning. There are also handles on the base that overlap with the handles on the seat so you can easily pick it up and move it. The lid closes "just like mommy's potty" and becomes a wide flat step stool. Perfect product!

This thing is absolutely too cute!! We are working on potty training with my daughter and she loves it. She will sit on it and read and play while she waits to go. The sounds are loud enough to be heard but are not so loud that it will startle you or your child. The sensors are pretty sensitive also so even if it is a little tinkle it plays so your little one knows they are doing the right thing on the potty. I wish they had had these when I had my older two!

I just wanted to give it 5 stars and be done with the review, but they require a description on Amazon...so I'll post my mom's secret chocolate chip cookie recipe here instead (not so secret anymore, is it, Mom!?): 4 cubes butter, softened 2 heaping cups dark brown sugar (packed, then heap that shiz) ½ cups white sugar 2 tablespoons vanilla 1 ½ teaspoon salt 1 ½ teaspoons baking soda 3 eggs 6 cups flour 1 bag chocolate chips (semi-sweet or sweet) Mix BY HAND all ingredients, except flour and chips (mixing by hand makes them taste better, trust me). Then add flour and chips and stir BY HAND. Bake @ 350 for 9-11 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Enjoy the preciouses. Note: makes a buttload of cookies, so you might want to halve the recipe.

I got this product after I saw my nieces use it. Plays a cute little song which was not the selling point. I love that this is not only a training potty but a step stool as well. While my daughter has not quite started potty training we are using it as a step stool. The fact that the toilet seat can be placed on an actual toilet is nice too but I cannot say we have used that part yet or if it really works with not sliding all around.

My kids love it! They pour water in it to make it play the music now that none of them need this size potty. I still have it out for a step stool, for hand washing and helping in the kitchen. The kids laugh when we use it as an extra seat, but for make believe it is the right height. Well made, sturdy and decent plastic, I would buy it again if I needed a portable potty for kids. My daughter takes it camping as an extra potty for the 3 and 4 year olds at night so they don't have to go far from the tent to do their business when it is dark.

I was completely against this type of potty because I didn’t want to have to clean it out but my husband convinced me to buy it. It has made such a difference in potty training. We originally bought the little insert that goes on your own toilet but my daughter didn’t seem interested in that. Since buying this potty, she has been a lot more interest in potty training and will tell me more often when she has to go to the bathroom. She loves that it plays music and will get up to dance when it sings to her. Cleaning it isn’t as bad as I thought since I just dump it in the toilet and I use Clorox wipes to clean it out.

I thought this would encourage my 3 yr old niece to use the potty and that it would make more noises like maybe when sitting down or back on crown and then when going but the sensor is at bottom collection bowl so only goes off so far ive seen when urinating and nothing spectacular. I thought it would have louder longer and more sounds to encourage. I also thought maybe the crown would do something as looks like you can push it. . It is very sturdy and can be used as step stool, like colors and overall design. I will ck it out again to make sure there isnt a setting maybe im missing. I give a B
